Had no problems receiving my cashback. Having seen previous comments about it not tracking, i cleared the cache and cookies on my computer before purchasing in Oct 13, and have had it payout today (17th Jan 14)

5 stars so people get to read this - what are SKY on about? Check out the upgrade I tried to do tonight - to add on Entertainment package. Clearly says its £5 per month, then when you click thorough it says "FROM £5 per month", then when you go to add the order to your basket its £10.50 per month!! Honestly, if there was a trade descriptions button for topcashback offers...............

I've been looking at the customer reviews for Sky. Most of the 5 star ratings are from dissatisfied customers!!! They have chosen to give 5 stars to ensure their review is posted. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Perhaps you should too. This merchant should be immediately removed from Topcasback. I intend to pursue this matter with Trading Standards.

Only left 5 star as won't get seen otherwise! Worst experience I've ever had on here!, took 9 months for the cashback to come through, it was excuse after excuse! ALSO, with my sky going down 2or3 times A WEEK, the sky bill keeps going up, the customer service is atrocious, I can't record something unless sky if off or unless I am watching that channel, sky can't explain it, my internet connection is terrible, despite customer service saying it's really good, it takes 2 minuets to load a page on my brand new computer from less than 10ft away! Keep adding random charges to my phone bill even though I never use the home phone and no one rings it! always talking to customer service, who are rude! As soon as my contract ends I will not be sticking with sky, worse service I've ever had, and this is how they treat customers! No pluses with sky, my best advise would be to AVOID!! find another provider, loads of people have this service with sky, no one does with any other provider, my monthly bill is nearly 100 pounds a month and I get spoken down to! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I am really angry, that for those of us that have the whole bundle plus multi-room do not get any cash back. I am going to look around today for other providers, I pay enough, so I will see what offer there is. Everybody wants to earn money & also save money & if other companies are going to offer money back, then I am silly not to take it on. Cashback is really good , but if companies did do cashback for existing customers. My question is for you, is that fair?

Ordered Broadband and Phone service through cashback as to upgrade I would get 85.25 back on cashback..in February .well today the cash back went from 85.25 pending, to 00.00 payable ...seems like the cashback offer was just a con. i will now be reviewing my sky package..if they cant pay then i will look to take my custom else where.

Ive been with sky for TV for as long as i care to remember but now have Sky for TV, phone and broadband, everything went smoothly and all cashback received quickly and without fuss for switching phone and broadband for to Sky

only put 5stars so it would show up, i ordered sky broadband through topcashback in aug 2011 and still having an ongoing claim with them, the offer was for 70.70 so far I have received 20.00 the order was tracked sucessfully but still no joy, topcashback are wrighting to merchant to chase, this was done in sep 2012 and still no answers - complete false advertisement!!!!

Top Cashback had to go back to Sky for me to get any cash. The Cashback wasn't the amount that was on the site when i originally ordered it, it was half the amount, but at least they got me something. I have rated the "likely to re-visit" question high because i have no other option but to use Sky, i will definitely try for Cashback.

Ordered my broadband and calls package on the 14th February and cashback has just gone into my bank account today. No problems with tracking and very happy with Sky.

I think Sky are a fabulous company, who have offered me outstanding service from the off. I have never had any problems with them, and their customer service staff are excellent, if you need advice about anything.

I had my sky fitted in October 2015, still waiting for my cash back, it says it's confirmed but still no sign of it being payable! Can someone help please? Very misleading when taking out sky through top cash back.

Took a long time. Around 4 months. But got the cashback today, very happy, but it took a long time. sky internet isn't very stable tho.

I upgraded to sky movies and expected cashback after 6 months. after 8 months I had nothing, so when I tried to lodge a claim it say I cant as its over 100 days. pointless!

*UPDATE* Top marks to TCB for sorting this out for me , however , i would be very cautious in doing this again for the cashback because Sky do not give order numbers for online existing customer upgrades ! You will need to keep all emails and correspondence from Sky and be prepared for a long battle.
