Absolutley appalling cashback declined 3 times allthough wen explained to sky the say my payment had been sent out in a batch ages ago and thetefore should of recived it a long time ago but topcashback still cannot overturn it ive been waiting since 28/5/2015 i have paid sky in excess of £1000 had id of known this was never gunna be made payable i would of cancelled my subscription months ago and saved hundreds of pounds in the process. Beware of this merchant and dont use topcashback use another well known cash back site they slightly payless but you do get cashback quicker and never get led along with false hopes

A no star company. Due £105 cash back after subscribing to Multiroom as an existing customer. Initially rejected because I was not a NEW customer and this took 8 months. When I appealed they say claim is too old!! Just a letter from Sky wanting me to renew my contract with them. Well timed and ready now to cancel and move away from Sky. I have been deceived.

Really pathetic! I waited almost a year for my cashback after it didn't track and I lodged a claim. I was told that my order ID was invalid when I am a CURRENT sky broadband customer. Extremely poor service. Would recommend everyone to switch to a different cashback site.

Hey, Normally with a claim a merchant will just check through the orders that came through an affiliate / commission link. Therefore order not found could just be that we were not recognised as the last referrer of the purchase. To help avoid this situation occurring I would advise you to clear cookies and cache before logging in and disable ad blockers as this helps our cookies gfo through the process and reach the merchant. Would give less stars if I could. Upgraded to multiform in December and didn't track even though tcb had all the details of the transaction. Lodged a claim straightaway and still waiting for an update. Keep nudging but no response. Not sure where the fault lies but not good customer service.

Would put less stars if I could. Ordered via topcashback a Sky Existing Customer offer for Fibre connection with a £110 cashback offer we did everything to the letter and yet nearly one year after chasing our cashback Sky have declined it as cant find our order ID! Been with sky for years and still have the fibre connection they cant find but will be looking elsewhere after this treatment. Do not buy thinking you will get the cashback as they will find a way not to pay out.

Absolutely disgusted with Sky who have refused my cash back saying they have no record of my order. Well if that's the case SKY how come you've been supplying me my broadband connection for the last NINE months if you don't have an order number!!! I will be leaving this outfit as soon as my 12 month contract is up in October and they can also stick my TV service where the sun don't shine too! Disgusted. AVOID fellow cash backers.

Hi, I am sorry to hear your transaction has been declined. This could either be because the order number provided wasn’t correct or your order number wasn’t found when the merchant and network checked orders that came through a commission channel. Therefore this should be seen as us not being recognised as the last referrer which can normally be prevented by clearing cookies and cache before logging in to purchase. I upgraded to the Sports package and expected to get £40 in cash back. It didn't track.. surprise surprise with Sky.... So I loved a ticket for untracked/missing cashback and guess what..... still not showing. I ordered this on the 8th November, last update from TCB was in Feb to say they had sent the claim to the affiliate network.... Sky always seem to have issues with paying these claims from the other reviews I've seen.

Hey. The cashback network is different to the merchant as the cashback network is the organisation that tracks the transactions and progress them once the original transaction has been approved/declined by the merchant. In order to query a transaction via a claim the cashback network has to get 1 transaction out of millions and locate the source of the problem. As I am sure you can understand this takes some time and a lot of investigation. However, if is passes the average resolution time of 12-16 weeks our team will be there to constantly chase this up until it is resolved. Best wishes, TopCashback Support

Purchased with Sky as I would be getting an Ok deal along with cashback, have just had cashback declined although it was originally tracking. Will be looking into getting rid of all sky services and now tv that I use in the house as I am disgusted with this

I had my sky fitted in October 2015, still waiting for my cash back, it says it's confirmed but still no sign of it being payable! Can someone help please? Very misleading when taking out sky through top cash back.

very poor service signed up and stated 16 weeks till payable about 12 weeks it then changes to 26 weeks till payable. very wrong and shouldnt be allowed to do this.

CRAP !!! advertised £188 cashback for new customers installed begining of Sept with a time of 16 weeks for cashback now gone to 29 weeks !!! Terrible this after having another cashback claim turned down for house insurance ifeel like others this is bordering on false advertising leading peaople to use this site with false claims of payment and turning down cashback for lame excuses

Topcashback are absolutely pathetic. I purchased this now 8 months ago £120 cashback due, 8 months later TCB still keep blaming SKY for not paying out. In fact I contacted SKY about this and were sympatheic and even offered to contact topcashback to confirm we have been a customer for 8 months. She could not find a single number for this site, no email address and even found on the T&C's that TCB say SKY will not be able to help you with this. So TCB are playing a dirty game here by making sure we can never contact anybody else and no-one outside can ever contact them. So what if TCB takes 8 months, tough luck not like we can do anything about it. Customer service stinks utter shambles

Hey, We will never ask a member to contact a merchant about unpaid cashback as they often do not understand the cashback process and can give you misleading or incorrect information. We are unable to pay your cashback until we have been paid the commission for your transaction by the merchant and as soon as this is done we will pay you. Still waiting for my cashback to reach payable from SKY...I tried lodging a ticket with you guys but I could only get so far before it sends me back to a list of reasons why you are lodging the ticket. I am waiting now since June 2015 for the £84 confirmed to be made payable. I think you guys need to be wary associating yourselves with companies that won't pay out. It's borderline fraudulent from my perspective, I went with SKY for my broadband solely for the reason that I would receive a payout. I am most likely going to cancel my sky package now. I would appreciate it if someone could knowledge my complaint.

Started of at 12wks for payable then went up to 18wks after 18wks which is today it's now at 24wks, last time I used sky cashback it was a long time I eventually had to contact topcashback, I was hoping it be cleared by now for putting towards xmas present
