I have been waiting 3 months for my cashback and the expected payout is still saying 18 weeks time. This hasn't changed since I placed my order in August.

Cashback is easy to earn with Sky but expect to wait around five to six months before it becomes payable, and even then Sky will pay out 10% less.

Another unhappy customer, the order was tracking and tracking , and then rejected! I did keep contacting top cash back to ask why it was taking ages but they said it was normal! have now had to put in a claim, nearly 5 months after the order and still no sign of the cash back! shocking !

offer for £101 sky is offering me £65. how can they only offer part payment. i either fulfilled the criteria or didnt. there was no other offers for the product I had. guess what sky you just lost a loyal customer of 20 years all for a few quid. DONT MAKE THE OFFERS IF YOU CANT OR WONT FULFIL THEM

Lousy. After 6 months was informed 'no longer on network for cashback' so no cashback paid But still advertised on Cashback sight. Cheated.

I put in a cashback claim as it didn't appear automatically. It had tracked and confirmed as such by Topcashback. Now, 6 months later, Sky have declined to pay the cashback giving the excuse of 'Not active within 80 days'. The broadband has been very much 'active' since installation and will be for the 12 months of the contract. I followed the T&C's to the letter, have screen shots of all parts of the transaction so there is no way they should decline the cashback, but they have!! NOT RELIABLE..

Complete CON do not purchase thinking you will get this fantastic offer of cash back from Sky, you WONT. Did not initially track so lodged a claim waited 6 months for them to tell me cash back has been declined as I did not meet the terms and conditions! I followed the sale through perfectly without using any other discount codes or anything there's not reason to not meet the terms and conditions it's just an excuse. Will not be using sky again after this!!

Hey, I am sorry that you feel like you met the terms and conditions of this offer. I can assure you the merchant and their network will only use this reason if they have good groundings to do so. I can see that this merchant is paying out a lot of cashback to members and so there is no reason to suggest they are not paying our members cashback for eligible transactions. It is definitely worth checking the merchant notes for the merchant before making a purchase as this section has lots of useful information about what can make a transaction not eligible for cashback. Followed the instructions exactly as stated. Then no amount was confirmed / payable. Had to chase using the excellent Top Cashback Customer Service Team who got my payment for me.

Takes a long time and a few messages to get sorted! ! One claim in January has taken nearly 8 months to be payable. Another claiim in April is showing at £0.00 so will have to start trying to sort that one out now.

Hi, I am sorry to hear your transaction took a little while to progress. Merchants who you buy contracts with do tend to have a validation period. This is a period of time that has to pass before they will confirm a transaction. Once they confirm the transaction it can take a few weeks then for the merchant to go back and pay the cashback. Hi I am giving sky only 3+ because the waiting time 4 it to be payable is ment to be 12w but I got to 22w and it was not payable yet so I got hold of TCB and 24h later TCB made it payable for me but they r still waiting on sky to get the money so sky gets 3+ BUT TCB gets 5+ from thank you
