Its took about 11 months and a claim filed for missing cash back, but today its been tracked and payable. Very happy its finally been sorted. Sky is rubbish for getting it right but Topcash back is brillant for sorting the problem out. Many Thanks :)

CRAP !!! advertised £188 cashback for new customers installed begining of Sept with a time of 16 weeks for cashback now gone to 29 weeks !!! Terrible this after having another cashback claim turned down for house insurance ifeel like others this is bordering on false advertising leading peaople to use this site with false claims of payment and turning down cashback for lame excuses

Followed the instructions exactly as stated. Then no amount was confirmed / payable. Had to chase using the excellent Top Cashback Customer Service Team who got my payment for me.

Hi, I am sorry to hear your transaction took a little while to progress. Merchants who you buy contracts with do tend to have a validation period. This is a period of time that has to pass before they will confirm a transaction. Once they confirm the transaction it can take a few weeks then for the merchant to go back and pay the cashback. Hi I am giving sky only 3+ because the waiting time 4 it to be payable is ment to be 12w but I got to 22w and it was not payable yet so I got hold of TCB and 24h later TCB made it payable for me but they r still waiting on sky to get the money so sky gets 3+ BUT TCB gets 5+ from thank you

Finally became payable today after 28 weeks; it was declined early on in the process, but TCB were able to chase that and it was reinstated. Probably the longest I have had to wait for cashback, although it did advertise a longer wait than many other merchants. Given the cashback amount versus the cost of the product (£101 for £16.40 a month for 12 months), worth persevering with.

Upgrade to sky sports 11th Aug , tracked at 0.00 6 months came and gone confirmed at 0.00 but will it become payable at the £31.50

Still waiting for the cash back. The Fibre broadband is nowhere near as good as BTs. Multiple disconnections per day and no help in trying to sort the problem out.

Dont count on it. Its been 17 weeks, tho it says confirmed but not payable yet. After reading the reviews I'm starting to think it might not happen after all. Sky internet is unstable.

we still have an ongoing issue with trying to claim our cashback we have already had our 12 months with sky and been trying to fight our claim for months now....surely topcashback can see everyone is annoyed with sky because of their incompetance to pay customers what they are due. this is a multi billion pound company but they cannot pay customers the offers they have shocking i will be leaving sky as soon as my contract is up never ever again

I've been an existing customer with Sky for many years now every time I upgrade I go through Top Cashback to order anything from Sky but its seems to take forever. I've got 3 claims going out the moment and I've still got to do another one. Its only because the cashback was good thats why I went for it but Sky they are a nightmare.

Of three upgrades I have made with Sky Existing Customer link all have tracked at 0 and have been eventualy declined. The notes said these upgrades would initially be tracked at £0 but be correctly paid. Put in claims for these of which some we sorted but then "zeroed" again. I am giving up hope for upgrades through this. On the plus side all my "new customer tracks" have worked and been paid promptly.

Finally have received my cashback after a full 8 months !!! Had contacted topcashback about 4 months after purchase as Sky still hadnt confirmed. Was told they were having issues with Sky and to give it another 2 or 3 weeks. About 4 weeks later it was confirmed, however took 8 months in total before it became payable. Very poor service, worst company I have dealt with via cashback

2 separate existing customer upgrades - Sky Sports and ESPN - contracted in March 2013. Neither has tracked nor elicited any kind of response from Sky. Very disappointing, not least as these were supposed to generate £25 Cashback but also due to lack of feedback after 3 months waiting.
