Twice I have fallen for this!- You upgrade your subscription most recently in December for 6 months sky movies with £60 cash back, The claim initially tracks but at a lower amount but you are told it will upgrade at later, after 5 months it downgrades to zero and you can no longer maker a claim as you only have 100 days to make a claim on a product that has a 180 validation period - This is clearly designed to mislead on the part or sky and disappointingly topcashback who a normally great.
