	Unable to process I keep going through endless cycles of building a package and then at the last moment when submitting bank details etc the website crashes out and a technical issues error message appears and I have to start again. Will probably go to BT now. They have lost a customer

	Not delighted Nine months to get cashback, which was £4 short. In the meantime there was a price increase, and there'll be another before the end of contract.

	Took time but cashback paid Took out broadband & SkyTV with Netflix package. Had to file a claim and took a few months but received the £80 as advertised.

	Can’t progress with upgrade offers Why offer a great deal, then make it sooo hard to progress to actual deal! SUGGEST POTENTIAL CHANGERS READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE CHANGING! THIS APPEARS TO BE SOME SORT OF SCAM, AND THE CASHBACK IS REFUSED. You then cannot contact either Sky or TCB.

	Upgrade offers don't work The offers section shows £32 pm for Full Fibre 500 upgrade. When clicking through to the website it says £43
