	Great cashback although very long wait It's taken over 7 months although finally received my cashback. The cashback didn't track so had to raise a ticket. The investment ISA seems pretty good and the cashback is amazing so apart from the long wait this is a good deal. I did review a while ago with one star but can't find a way to edit the review.

	No cashback on Shepherds friendly account opened It has been 7 months now since monthly direct debit taken, and raised issue for since 4 months ago... been reading reviews and think its time to take my money out and don't bother. Topcashback say to wait and wait for merchant to come back... nothing yet. Very disappointed.

	Warning - Cashback not received Nearly seven months now and no reply regarding the cashback. Have case raised with Top Cashback for the last 4 months although they don't seem to do anything either other than telling me to keep waiting. If a vendor doesn't pay advised cashback then it should be removed from the site. Going to give it another month and then pull my investment from them if still no success.

	8 months - no payment.no update Seems like this merchant has poor feedback for a reason. I've been waiting months and now have a considerable investment with them which I dare not withdraw as no word of a payout.

	Recommended Straightforward process, tracked quickly. Cashback paid out at the advertised amount in 5 months with no issues.

	Not tracked and claim rejected after 6 month wait As above. They gave a reason "Topcashback was not a final referrer" which I believe is just an excuse. Beware.

	Scam They clearly use the high cashback rates to entice people to open accounts and pay out minimal amounts of people. Apparently my account just wasn’t ‘TopCashback Referred’. I followed it as normal and met all the requirements. Don’t waste your time

	5 months Tracked quickly. Took 5 months for cashback to become Confirmed, then 5 days to Payable. £320 cashback for £100 invested per month. Very nice.

	Got 300 cashback as expected Got cashback turn payable after 4 monthly payment of 100. Haven't got enough time to cancel the upcoming direct debit, so paid 500 into my account. I am happy with it.

	Tracked fine, paid out in 4 months Clicked through and opened an ISA on 22nd Jan, it tracked ok for me. I made four monthly £100 payments starting on 8th Feb, then on 5th June it suddenly became payable (skipped the ‘confirmed’ step seemingly!) – earned £300 very easily.

	Tracks, but after 3 months the cashback gets declined. Click with care A genuine purchase, tracked fine, but after 3 months which is near payable date it gets declined. Its not the first time with Shepherds Friendly, i really dont know what i did wrong. Seems like they offer a high cashback to get you to sign up.

	Payable in 6 months Clicked on link 05/11/2024, first direct debit of £100 left on 01/12/2024, six monthly payments had to come out in total and then £320 was payable via Top Cashback on 06/05/2025.

	£300 received The cashback tracked quickly after following the instructions. Shortly after the 5th payment was taken via direct debit, the money became payable.

	Declined for no reason (after taking an age). Avoid! I carefully fulfilled the criteria for cashback, but after taking an age (some 2 months past the advertised time), my cashback was declined. Trying to find your accounts on their website is also very tricky - will be closing the account very soon.

	Took a while, paid out in full I set up a direct debit and was paid after a few months. Took longer than expected for the first direct debit payment to come out of my account as it came out the month after it was set up. Paid after a few months.

	Be wary Have been fighting 9 months to receieve their advertised money. Topcashback have persisted with a couple of claims on my behalf. Shepherds Friendly have not paid out despite me following there asks. Beware!
