	Tracked fine, paid out in 4 months Clicked through and opened an ISA on 22nd Jan, it tracked ok for me. I made four monthly £100 payments starting on 8th Feb, then on 5th June it suddenly became payable (skipped the ‘confirmed’ step seemingly!) – earned £300 very easily.

	Tracks, but after 3 months the cashback gets declined. Click with care A genuine purchase, tracked fine, but after 3 months which is near payable date it gets declined. Its not the first time with Shepherds Friendly, i really dont know what i did wrong. Seems like they offer a high cashback to get you to sign up.

	Payable in 6 months Clicked on link 05/11/2024, first direct debit of £100 left on 01/12/2024, six monthly payments had to come out in total and then £320 was payable via Top Cashback on 06/05/2025.

	£300 received The cashback tracked quickly after following the instructions. Shortly after the 5th payment was taken via direct debit, the money became payable.

	Declined for no reason (after taking an age). Avoid! I carefully fulfilled the criteria for cashback, but after taking an age (some 2 months past the advertised time), my cashback was declined. Trying to find your accounts on their website is also very tricky - will be closing the account very soon.

	Took a while, paid out in full I set up a direct debit and was paid after a few months. Took longer than expected for the first direct debit payment to come out of my account as it came out the month after it was set up. Paid after a few months.

	Be wary Have been fighting 9 months to receieve their advertised money. Topcashback have persisted with a couple of claims on my behalf. Shepherds Friendly have not paid out despite me following there asks. Beware!

	Cashback paid ISA fees are a little high. Cashback paid out in ~6mo.

	Paid out as stated I was sceptical because it seemed such a good offer but the £150 was paid 6 months after opening as advertised. Very happy with this and would recommend. Just make sure you let all the payments go though.

	Excellent rate of cashback I took advantage of the very generous £320 cashback offer from Shepherds Friendly, on their Stocks & Shares ISA product offering. Signed up in June 2024 and cashback was received within 4 months. The service from Shepherds Friendly has been great, and it's refreshing not having to chase an outstanding cashback claim.

	Excellent cashback offer Opened a S&S ISA in April and cashback tracked quickly. Cashback payout was then available in early August. One of the best cashback offers out there in terms of returns.

	Awful experience Opened an ISA with shepherds through topcashback on the 2nd of August. Opened a case 2 weeks later as it wasn’t even showing as tracked. Currently well into November and it still isn’t showing as tracked. Sheppherds are well aware that I signed up through topcashback as this has exempted me from a love2shop voucher they offer for independent sign ups. Topcashback have been absolutely horrendous throughout. Can’t give me a date of when to expect this to be tracked. I’ve basically been told to wait indefinitely. I am aware that financial services offers take longer to payout and that is fine, but I am concerned that my purchase hasn’t even been acknowledged. One topcashback employee has actually told me that I shouldn’t have signed up purely for cashback - isn’t that why we are all here?

	No cashback received I opened an account in January, raised a claim in April and at the end of September am still waiting for my cashback. I did everything as asked so this is really frustrating and would put me off opening an account like this again.

	Horrible lack of communication and progress Opened account Dec 2022, complying with all requirements. Declined after 4 months of chasing, saying 'Transaction cannot be traced'. Provided all tracking info and plan documents straight away (Apr 2023) – despite this being acknowledged by TCB, there has been no response, still not showing on my account, or anything at all from either TCB or SF - been nudging every month since with zero progress. Disappointed.

	Don't even bother Months later, no cashback, no response from Shepherd's Friendly, and not much help from TopCashback. Not even a good S&S ISA compared to other services. Save yourself the hassle and don't get dragged in by the big £££ amount.
