What will stop me getting cashback?
- If you get a quote via TopCashback but then purchase using a price comparison site.
- If your application for the current account is denied.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- All transactions will be validated by Santander. There is a 90-day validation period from the application date, after which Santander will confirm the transaction is valid. On meeting the criteria, any valid tracked purchases will be confirmed. Payment will take 4-6 weeks after this time.
- Cashback is not issued by the merchant. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please contact TopCashback directly and not the merchant.
