Horrible lack of communication and progress
Opened account Dec 2022, complying with all requirements. Declined after 4 months of chasing, saying 'Transaction cannot be traced'. Provided all tracking info and plan documents straight away (Apr 2023) – despite this being acknowledged by TCB, there has been no response, still not showing on my account, or anything at all from either TCB or SF - been nudging every month since with zero progress. Disappointed.

Don't even bother
Months later, no cashback, no response from Shepherd's Friendly, and not much help from TopCashback.
Not even a good S&S ISA compared to other services. Save yourself the hassle and don't get dragged in by the big £££ amount.

Delays and more delays
Awful experience. Opened an ISA as there was £150 cashback promoted back in February - it took until August for someone to finally confirm it and for the cashback to track in my account. Have found TopCashBack customer service very inept and unwilling to help. Still waiting for the £150 to clear in my account and it has been over 6 months. I would avoid and look at other companies and cashback websites.

Takes 6 months
Took awhile and was sitting pending for 5 months after that it changed to confirmed and a few weeks later was payable £150 just as stated. Very Happy!

Declined with no communication and unable to raise a claim as more than 100 days! You need to wait 6 months for payment so you’re stuck when it changes to declined over 100 days. Will cancel policy
