Bought two sheds from this store on 2 different occasions, both transactions did not track. Do not rely on this cashback as there is no reason for them to have not tracked. Doubt I will get anything back from missing cashback claim either. Apart from this the items were received promptly.

Cashback tracked quickly but has not become payable. Now TopCashBack say it's too late to lodge a missing cashback claim. Don't buy from this company if the cashback is important to you.

Cashback Declined
I purchased a shed which cost £549.99, however, cashback was declined even though I went through Topcashback. I had purchased this item from Shedstore as they were on Topcashback and taking into account the cashback I should have received, which I didn't get, so I would have been better off buying elsewhere unfortunately.

Cashback didn't track initially but Topcashback were sort that. Had to submit a claim which has sat waiting for shedstore to respond since April 2016 (It's now late August). Shame as the product was OK for the price and delivery was prompt but TCB is all about the cashback!

With regards the comments made by Member1473070627 in the previous post, I feel they have been very unfair.
I have just bought a shed from shedstore and I noticed it clearly states the sizes are at the roof, which includes overhangs. This may have been amended since their experience, but I think the site information all appears to be very complete and informative.

i brought a shed from shedstore thought i was getting 6.8x7.9 but when we rangas it looked to small the told me its the ROOF size NOT the SHED measurements so the measurements where completely wrong .when we rang to say about this they told us we should of read more when i said it should of been put on the information that they sent us i was told its on the web site . I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AS THE ARE NO HELP .THE INFORMATION ON THE WED SITE IS CONPLETELY WRONG

Ordered a new shed and was very disappointed, Shedstore are just a reseller of products, they don't have a warehouse or a customer service team - had to wait 2 months for delivery, even though they took my money on the day I ordered - you have been warned.
