Spent over £50 with this company and should have received 10% cashback. I left it too late to complain and received nothing. Very disappointed. Would not recommend Secret Sales.

Don't rely on receiving cashback from this merchant. I spent over £100 and secret sales refused cashback claiming another site was used (ie, voucher code site), which it wasn't. I have just made a further purchase with them and again, the item has not tracked. I have submitted yet another missing cashback claim but I don't hold out much hope.

Secret sales has some good items, but for others do not bother. I have had some good experiences and some bad, but my most recent experience has put me off all together. Deals may sound good, and for some items are, but others are of such poor quality you doubt whether they're from who they say they're from! (for example, one of the tops I bought recently looked completely fake and like something you'd find off a street market!)

Easy to use website but i was not impressed that after placing my order i had an email confirming my order would be posted out in approx 4 - 6 weeks!!! Whilst the cashback is a great rate and tracked quickly it has still not been confirmed nearly 6 weeks on. My order (a pair of shoes) arrivedafter about a month and was a nice suprise cos I'd virtually about them!!! Whilst secret sales does have great offers I am not sure I'd use them again in a hurry - far too much waiting around for me!

After placing an order on 23 Nov I am given a delivery date of the 14th Dec. On the 15th December I receive an email from them saying that half my order is out of stock. Ok they have refunded me for the out of stock product, but how can they wait 3 weeks to tell me they haven't got the stock. Also why would I want a bottle of conditioner if I don't have shampoo to wash my hair with. Have tried phoning the company but am continuously being told there are no advisors available. Absolutely disgusted.

despite it tracking, it has yet to go to confirmed and it has been more than 3 months since I ordered with them. I think it is unacceptable that merchants are allowed to do this, if they aren't prepared to pay up, then they should really be removed.
