Although a good site, I found the delivery schedule to be a little long and the cashback seems to take a long time to be confirmed as well.

Sometimes the cashback tracks but most of the time it doesn't? Getting fed up with having to put in missing cashback claims. I wonder how many people have experienced this? I always make sure Topcashback has registered my visit and the right time, so it's the tracking service secret sales use that is clearly at fault.

Purchased 07/07/2011, cashback tracked, still pending after 4 months till now. Even though tc says it takes an average of 12 weeks for cashback to be confirmed.

Secret sales has some good items, but for others do not bother. I have had some good experiences and some bad, but my most recent experience has put me off all together. Deals may sound good, and for some items are, but others are of such poor quality you doubt whether they're from who they say they're from! (for example, one of the tops I bought recently looked completely fake and like something you'd find off a street market!)

Site visit was recorded by topcasback but cashback didn't track, so am awaiting on a missing cashback claim to see what transpires. I as kept up to date about my order despatch, but the items I ordered weren't amazing quality when they arrived and not sure how they cost so much at full price. Don't think I will order with them again.

Don't rely on receiving cashback from this merchant. I spent over £100 and secret sales refused cashback claiming another site was used (ie, voucher code site), which it wasn't. I have just made a further purchase with them and again, the item has not tracked. I have submitted yet another missing cashback claim but I don't hold out much hope.

I spent £150 on my order 3 weeks ago and they won't chase up missing parcel with Evri. They are impossible to get hold of, emailed and received an automated fob off, now waiting over an hour on chat...

buy something if you like it,BUT DONT BUY FACTORING IN CASHBACK AMOUNT, these sneaky wrongdoers will decline your cashback after 4 months so that you can not even lodge a missing claim
