We ordered a product through cash back and when it has come to pay the cash back Screw fix have cancelled it?? Why?? I don’t know as we have not returned the product. We will not be ordered again.
Very Disappointing.

Unfortunately item received should have been Quality Checked it was damaged and broken bits rolling around in the box. Contacted Customer Services who were friendly and apologised ordered another, this too was Quality checked and the whole item was damaged cracked right the way through the base of the item plus it was rusted. Then we had to wait 4 days for our money back. Very Very poor! Now my cashback hasnt even moved still pending! All round service POOR!!

Been having cash back form Screwfix for a long time, they have been very good, tracks very fast and have paid out on time, ever since they update their website at begining of February, (i know this as on day of order web site was down, i spoke to a lady on the phone and she said the site was being updated) the CB has tracked, but goes to £0.00 on pay date, now put in 2 claims, not looking like they are paying out... :( will keep you posted.. :/

Have been waiting for 3 lots of cashback from back in January and they have all just been declined without reason. None of the suggested causes is valid. It's too late now to lodge a claim as well.

GREAT SERVICE FROM SCREWFIX, ORDERED PM AND PICKED UP NEXT DAY, GREAT PRICE TOO. CASHBACK TRACKED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BUT HADN'T CONFIRMED 4 MONTHS LATER. CLAIM LODGED WITH TCB (GREAT SERVICE BY THE WAY) WHICH AFTER 2 WEEKS THEN WENT TO CONFIRMED AND ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER BECAME PAYABLE - TOOK ABOUT 5 MONTHS IN ALL BUT WORTH THE WAIT.

Ordered £164 worth of plumbing goods via TCB. Tracked really quick and goods arrived really quickly. However, after 3 months, the cashback was revoked with for reason. Have never had a problem before with Screwfix, so was quite surprised. Not good though. Have lodged a claim with TCB.

In my experience this merchant does not pay out.When payable the cashback amount went to zero without explanation.As it is for a small amount i wont bother raising a query with tcb.I will,however, be wary about using screwfix again.

I used Screwfix for many years and was very satisfied but have become less so over the past few years.
Why I no longer like using Screwfix :
Website : Their pricing is designed to mislead. As you scroll down a page some items show the price per item but others, sneakily, show "from £x.xx" and the per item price will be significantly more.
Prices : They used to be the cheapest around but since being taken over by B&Q's parent company ( Kingfisher? ) they are now significantly dearer than their main rivals Toolstation. Just compare identical items on both sites and they are usually at least 10% more expensive.
Delivery : They only offer free delivery on orders over £49.99 whereas Toolstation does so on orders over £10
Trade Counters : I've used 4 different ones and the service is consistently slow and many items are not stocked and have to be ordered.
However, after sales customer service, should you ever need it, is still excellent
In conclusion, I now use Toolstation for all my orders ( couple of hundred pounds per week on average ). Their Customer service is excellent, their trade counters are more efficient ( less time wasted waiting around ) and better stocked, their prices are better and free reliable next day delivery on small orders.

Just wish there were more items in stock for collecting got to wait till next day, Your staff say you are like ARGOS but stock less in my findings so I have to take into account when pricing allow time wasting waiting.

Cashback tracked within a couple of hours so no complaints here! I ordered goods in the afternoon and they were delivered before 10 am next day with free delivery, can't get better than that!
