	BUYER BEWARE - this is a misleading retailer for cashback. With me, they waited over 100 days after tracking before confirmation, during which time they changed their eligibility criteria, and then confirmed as £0.00! Products were OK and were delivered roughly on time, though finish quality was a bit lacking and packaging wasn't brilliant (resulting in some warping of supposedly flat and even shelves, with sharp dangling bits underneath) - the appeal had been that with the cashback offered at the time they became more price-appealing. Not worth the bump that association with TopCashback gives them, especially with the dubious activity!

	Absolute rubbish, all cashbacks so far have been zeroed. Have stopped using screwfix completely, have used other merchants such as tooled up and have received cashback without any problems at all.

	I'm another TCB user that's having problems with cashback! Initially all seemed to be going well with the full amount tracking until it became payable then it shows as £0.00. Screwfix are now only showing cashback on Kitchens & Bathrooms (I'm sure it was on everything when I placed the order) - could Screwfix be switching offers and not honouring previous deals??

	Yet another person who has had cashback initially tracked from June 2012 but changing to zero today. Wont be going through TCB again. ONE TO AVOID.

	I use Screwfix a lot and there delivery and product range are great. As far as cashback is concerned they used to pay out for everything, now the range of products is so restrictive that you never get anything back - poor show!

	Really frustrating cahback experience. Cashback tracked thorugh and then turns to zero about two months later. Would not bank on cashback given my experience.

	We ordered a product through cash back and when it has come to pay the cash back Screw fix have cancelled it?? Why?? I don’t know as we have not returned the product. We will not be ordered again. Very Disappointing.

	Unfortunately item received should have been Quality Checked it was damaged and broken bits rolling around in the box. Contacted Customer Services who were friendly and apologised ordered another, this too was Quality checked and the whole item was damaged cracked right the way through the base of the item plus it was rusted. Then we had to wait 4 days for our money back. Very Very poor! Now my cashback hasnt even moved still pending! All round service POOR!!

	Been having cash back form Screwfix for a long time, they have been very good, tracks very fast and have paid out on time, ever since they update their website at begining of February, (i know this as on day of order web site was down, i spoke to a lady on the phone and she said the site was being updated) the CB has tracked, but goes to £0.00 on pay date, now put in 2 claims, not looking like they are paying out... :( will keep you posted.. :/

	Have been waiting for 3 lots of cashback from back in January and they have all just been declined without reason. None of the suggested causes is valid. It's too late now to lodge a claim as well.

	GREAT SERVICE FROM SCREWFIX, ORDERED PM AND PICKED UP NEXT DAY, GREAT PRICE TOO. CASHBACK TRACKED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BUT HADN'T CONFIRMED 4 MONTHS LATER. CLAIM LODGED WITH TCB (GREAT SERVICE BY THE WAY) WHICH AFTER 2 WEEKS THEN WENT TO CONFIRMED AND ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER BECAME PAYABLE - TOOK ABOUT 5 MONTHS IN ALL BUT WORTH THE WAIT.

	Ordered £164 worth of plumbing goods via TCB. Tracked really quick and goods arrived really quickly. However, after 3 months, the cashback was revoked with for reason. Have never had a problem before with Screwfix, so was quite surprised. Not good though. Have lodged a claim with TCB.

	In my experience this merchant does not pay out.When payable the cashback amount went to zero without explanation.As it is for a small amount i wont bother raising a query with tcb.I will,however, be wary about using screwfix again.
