Misleading cashback
The advertised cashback was not paid. Screwfix used to give what they offer as cashback, but they now have a weird method of calculating which does not give the correct amount. I will not be using top cashback for Screwfix again. Even making a claim has not given a correct result.

Excellent - only brought a few things but tracked and payable in 14 days
Brought a few items for home DIYDecorating and cashback tracked and was payable in 1-2 wk after purchase with no issue or intervention required.
Will definately make my DIY purchase via TopCashback when needing items from ScrewFix

Didn’t track, paid on ex-VAT price only
Didn’t track initially, which was annoying as it was a high-value purchase. Raised a ticket with TopCashBack and eventually resolved. Ive a feeling that the original cashback % offer was not what I actually received, which was the current % (although I can’t be sure). Also be aware that the cashback will be based on the ex-VAT price not the retail price you pay as a consumer. Disappointing experience overall, though some cashback is better than none of course.

Good Prices and Available in Stock
When I’m looking for those items for smaller household jobs, I always check out the prices and availability at Screwfix. They often have more choices and better value prices than the large DIY Sheds. You can also click and collect, so no more wasted journeys to come home disappointed. If it’s not in stock at your nearest outlet, you can check stock at other sites in your local area, or choose to wait until tomorrow, when almost everything you want can be delivered next day to your local store. Your Cashback normal appears quickly on the app, and is almost always paid, very rarely, if ever, declined, unless you return an item.
