	Over 7 months waiting for cashback now :( whilst i don't mind saving in the ISA every month, if you're going to up sell it via cashback, you've got to keep your word regarding payout times.

	Terrible, purchased 8 Months ago and met qualifying criteria 6 months ago and still not even passed pending. Doubt I will see money this year if at all. Also the investment products they sell are very poor compared to other options available on the market

	When I first took out the policy it said 24 weeks. Now it says 30 weeks. On week 34 and still nothing. Not impressed.

	Unimpressed. Claim tracked by top cash back but declined by Scottish friendly. Tried to sort this out with them direct but they were awful. They declined the cash back so I chose to cancel my policies, SF advised they will charge me the withdrawal fee of £50. I was missold this ISA and I can not advise enough people to be very careful with this terrible company!

	extremely painful to get paid, very slow, should have learnt my lesson from last time but 6 months and still waiting is a joke, it is not as if they have not had the money to invest, current paid these people over £6000 in savings payments and they are so poor to pay the cashback, would advise to avoid until TCB get them to speed up

	Cashback tracked within a few weeks, but nearly a year has passed with no confirmed cashback!

	Shocking Shocking Shocking. Cashback 12 weeks when taken out and still not paid at 24 weeks. Now supposedly 25 weeks so let's see what happens. Not holding my breath , they'll probably change it to when Martians land

	It's not made clear that they will charge £50 to withdraw the balance within 5 years.

	When you want to withrdaw they will charge you £50 so it's not worth the £40 cashback you get

	Online application went through but never received Email confirmation. The letter arrived after one and half weeks. Transaction was not rcorded at Topcashback since the server was too slow to respond. Two out three customer service representative were good. I am not too sure about this though.

	Applied for this product in April. Received no tracking acknowledgement, although my visit was recorded, and still waiting for a positive response. Both Topcashback and Scottish Friendly have not been particularity helpful with my request for help in resolving this matter. So beware. I havwe invested now for 4 months but unlikely to continue.

	Steer clear. Thought this was a typical stocks and shares low cost ISA. OK theres a penalty if you take out early, but its the high charges that are not divulged. Taking money out of each direct debit payment. I thought the law had changed on these policies but somehow this "friendly" society is getting around the new maximum charge legislation. Please read the full terms. Then decide if you want to make regular payments for up to ten years to find youve hardly made any money. For example, with Virgin and Halifax I have made over 20% profit in a year with ISA investments. You have no chance with this lot. You have more chance of losing money or a tiny profit.

	Very disappointed that my transaction is still showing as pending, having made 10 monthly payments of £10 totalling £100 and still waiting for my £94.50 cashback! Shame on you TCB to quote a possible cashback schedule of 26 weeks!

	Please p;ease stear well clear of this merchant.I wish i had took head of the reviews as i have been waiting 12months now for £90 cashback.This tracked ok and said faster paying,JOKE JOKE JOKE.Please dont invest your hard earned money with scam merchants.
