They don't honour their cashback if it doesn't track and it often doesn't track, just look at all the 1 star reviews stating this. Avoid.

Very disapointed as the cashback tracked at£0 on a £500+ click and collect order. Shame becase Richer Sounds are great but if I want cashback I'll have to go to one of the larger rivals in future.

Cashback denied, unable to dispute as over 45 days. Won't ever use them again as they also got a slating in press for fake pricing policy.

Don't bother using them. Didn't receive my cashback even though I raised a claim. Avoid at all cost and purchase via another retailer

only just noticed they declined my cashback last year. Order number against the tracking matches my order. Had the TV for over a year now. Will by from Costco or John Lewis in future.

Too slow to pay for the cashback and waiting ages to get paid or acknowledge.6 months and still not paid.Rather buy from other sellers who pay out quicker.

Shocking !!!! i bought a new TV via top cashback and did not receive any cash back, this was raised with Top Cashback a couple of months ago but as of today I have had no response.

Beware! If there is a Manufacturers discount you can forget cashback. Check other electrical retailers first, Currys are far more likely to pay out even after a manufacturers discount has been applied. Just haggled with Richer Sounds to match Currys 1% when they were quoting 2.1% after initially receiving nothing. You will get Currys 1% with no haggling.

REALLY 0 STARS BUT WASN’T AN OPTION. They don’t pay out cash back after numerous months of missing claim back claim they refuse to pay! Last time I spend £3000 with them! Joke!
