Issues with cashback
I purchased 2 tv's in close succession, one of them was paid out for cashback, but the second more expensive set was not.
I raised a query with customer services and it was declined again, I have followed this up again. This has been ongoing for the past 6 months or so.
I have noticed that the transaction on their website is showing as processing, which it isn't as I have paid and received the tv in July 2023.
I have never had an issue when buying from RS before, but it's always that one bad experience that comes to mind when buying from a retailer in future.

Cash back declined
Took 3 months to decline cash back on tv costing over £1000. No reason was provided, despite providing receipt and being able to clearly identify time-tracked transaction via TC.

Cashback cancelled by Richer Sounds
Cashback cancelled on £1599 purchase with no coupons or discounts applied. No idea as to why. Claim raised and after 6 months TCB paid me instead as there was no resolution to my claim. So kudos to TCB and avoid Richer Sounds if you can or at least be prepared that you might not get cashback on your purchase from Richer Sounds.

The claim stated Topcashback was not the last referrer. I completely disagree. Merchant don't honour cashback.
