	Surprise surprise Refused cashback for no valid reason. As a company that sells end of product line items for the highest price they can squeeze out of the customer, the cashback made it somewhat appealing but after refusal which left me paying full price I wont be returning to their store.

	Cashback Declined Purchased from Richer Sounds in Mid Jan, and 3 and a half months later the cashback has been declined. Spent nearly £2000, with no explanation why.

	Should be removed from TCB Same experience as most others. Originally tracked, and then declined. Have proof of purchase, raised claim, but they still rejected. Should be removed from TopCashBack site, as false information regarding cashback should not be allowed to be advertised.

	Cashback declined?? My purchase was tracked by TopCashback, I have proof of purchase yet my cashback was declined? Reading other comments here, it seems to be the default. Disgusting and misleading.

	Cashback declined Online purchase over £600 and no voucher used. Cashback declined 3 months later. This, and all the other similar, negative reviews, reflects very badly on this retailer.

	Surprise surprise Did not honour cashback, no voucher used and referal was from TCB. Like many others here it feels like a bait an switch by this firm. I advise do not give this 'end of product line selling for maximum price' lot a penny of your money.

	Declined cashback Despite making a purchase within hours refused cashback. No voucher was used during purchase just went straight to the Richer sounds page through top cashback and made my purchase.

	Richersounds refused cash back RIchersounds refused cash back even though Topcashback said I’d visited the site & made a purchase. Don’t rely on cash back is the golden rule but feel robbed as purchases was almost 2 thousand pounds.

	Capped cashback on a £1000+ purchase The purchase was significantly over £1000+ and the cashback was capped at the £1000 mark. I should have received approximately £30 and received £19.98. This is an undeclared cap and is not stated anywhere in the terms and conditions. However, cashback was tracked and received fine.

	Top cashback and top store I brought a projector and following payday got a TV, both times I was very happy with delivery, price and customer service by email. I sort of knew what I wanted from online reviews and YouTube and customer help didn’t try and point me towards more expensive products. ( Cheltenham store isn’t to far from me if I needed but online help was enough.)

	Cash back declined Took 3 months to decline cash back on tv costing over £1000. No reason was provided, despite providing receipt and being able to clearly identify time-tracked transaction via TC.
