	It was dissapointed to learn I had to pay £2.50 for documentation to be sent out, otherwise I am very satisfied with a service I hope to 'not make use of,' (but it is reassuring knowing I can call on it, if and when needed.)

	Did not recieve the amount of cashback that was stated when i taken cover for the two cars at my household i will think twice in the future before taking out cover with rescuemy car .com again.

	Cashback tracked as expected until it finally moved to the payable column when suddently it showed zero. No reason I can think of as I definately purchased. Now I have had to put in a missing cashback claim and it has been put on ice for over a month! Not happy!!

	Tracked and paid out quickly but that is only half the story. We phoned them for service when our windscreen wiper and arm fell off our car during the recent snow only to be told that we were not covered for this and that we should drive to a garage to get it repaired. The roads were wet and slushy with lots of spray covering the windscreen from vehicles travelling in both directions. Very poor advice(I think driving with only one wiper working on the passengers side is also illegal). We paid for a garage to come and fix the problem and I have since emailed rescuemycar.com asking for an explanation but they have never replied.

	No problems with the purchase and the cash back was paid without any problems. I cannot comment on the service as, thank goodness, I've not had a breakdown. At the moment I would choose them again as they came in much cheaper than my previous breakdown cover without taking the cash back into account, in fact they were the cheapest quote on line. Time will tell if it was a good choice!

	Used this for breakdown insurance for my car. No problems at all with the transaction, everything was straight forward, just going to see if the confirmed cash back gets paid. As with any insurance, you can only find out how good they are when you need them!

	Quick Cashback……Cashback went to pending within 24 hours and became payable 2 months later. I have heard good things about rescue my car but cannot personally comment about breakdown service as I have not had to contact them as yet.

	Not happy did 2 off breakdown cover for 2 people. Only paid cashback for 1 . 5th Dec 2016.

	don't expect the full cashback with this company I was expecting £4 but instead got 40 pence I wont be using this company again after my membership lapsesat first there was no ay out but after my appeal I was left with a pittance of 40 pence NOT WORTH DOING BUISINESS WITH

	Very poor cashback experiance. Took out new policy via online site but cash back was rejected. They decided to say I bough the policy from somewhere else, no proof or name of other merchants given.

	bought two policies one for myself and one for my parents. neither tracked in my cashback after months of querying the transaction i get told that they will not be paying out as the discount has been claimed by another service - very disappointed with the merchant

	Tracked within the estimated average time. Hard copy documents rather than e-mailed confirmation cost a little extra but this is explained before you buy. One of the cheapest quotes available for the full cover, and cashback makes it even better.

	Do not use Crap company! Left a family stranded in a carpark in the middle of no where with no garages or way to get home . People on the phone just laugh at you when you ask them for help. Owner is useless to. Please carefully read all reviews of customers that have actual had to use then and you'll realise how crap they are!!!!
