I usually have to chase these up which makes me feel super-tight when I'm chasing about 9p. But if that's what they're offering, I usually feel compelled to ask for it. They usually do pay out if you go to the trouble of submitting a claim, however.

Have never had a problem with Kobo eBooks. Cashback always tracks quickley, and has always been paid within their 7 week window. Excellent!!

Terrible website for tracking, I've bought a number of books in separate transactions and only one tracked the others I had to ask TCB to chase and then it's a long drawn out process. Hopefully over time things will improve and just in case TCB read this then yes, I do have cookies enabled and I have cleared all Kobo visits/cookies prior to going through TCB to Kobo to make my purchase.

Quite an annoying website to get cashback from...and to use in general.
Initially a transaction tracked very quickly, but only for the first book I bought. The website is poor, and does not have a basket to add items to, you must pay for each item as you choose it, and therefore they only track the first transaction.
A missing cashback claim was quickly acted upon for the remaining books bought that session, however Kobo only claimed I purchased the books at half the actual cost! An update has been provided to Top Cashback, we will see if I get the other half of my cashback soon.

Tracks quickly and and moves to payable in less than a month.
However, only one of the books I purchased tracked - you have to buy a book, close the browser session and go back to top cashback and start again for subsequent books.
The cashback appears to be about half of the percentage quoted (15.15%), but still worthwhile.
