	Incorrect amount every time Not only did I need to do customer support to get the cashback to track at all, but every purchase has come in at the incorrect amount and needs another case to sort. Absolutely not worth the effort

	Retracting bad feedback Kobo have now paid the cash back - 8 months later! Perhaps some claims take a very long time? However, thank you to them and also to top Cashback for facilitating! ??

	Still waiting for cash back 5 months later… Bought a Kobo Libra colour, a VERY expensive purchase for me, but I thought cashback could soften the blow. I’d saved up and waited until I could just afford it, and budgeted for the cashback. Stupid me - still no cashback 5 months later! Was tempted with the Kobo stylus to go with it, but I don’t think I’ll bother if this is how they treat their customers.

	No cashback given No cashback was given after an year of purchase. Contacted customer service team and provided all information but still no reply after one year wait.

	Another non-payer Bought an ereader and case in late May with the cashback failing to track properly. Provided all the details for the claim and have been waiting for a decision by retailer gor over 5 months now. It seems that more and more supposedly reputable companies are failing to honour cashback or fail to track.
