	you can get basic rac cover (Roadside) for £28 per year. You get £20 cashback so cover only costs £8. for year. What a bargain.

	Again very poor experience. I paid my RAC membership in March and still my cash back is only in "confirmed", not yet payable. These very slow rates make me reluctant to continue to use your service. It sounds good in theory but does not work out in practice.

	Worst payer I have ever had. Had two policies with them now, and have not cashback on either (last one has had a dispute open since December).

	took a couple of months and a little nudge, but it got there in the end. I took out the cheapest cover so I only paid about £14

	Only took sixty nudges, endless emails and 11 months to get the cashback. Also never actually called them out at all..renewal arrived at twice the price available if you join as a new customer, and that was after applying "no call out discount"!!! Can I recommend the RAC - DEFINATELY NOT!!!

	Took 1.5 months to confirm transaction and expected 2.5 months from tranaction start date to pay. Seem a long time. however, can't complain as as the cashback amount and online dicount means that I get breakdown cover for less than £25

	Paid £60 to get joint cover for my wife and I, got £20 back. Took quite a while to get the money and had to put in a manual claim to get it but got the cash in the end and thats the main thing. Would recommend.

	This is the 2nd year running that I have signed-up to the RAC thru topcashback. They are pretty good at diagnosing whats wrong with your vehicle, but, their response times are abysmal. When I first called upon their services in Dec. '08, they took 1 hour to arrive. 2 days later I needed their services again (for a different vehicle). Another hour wasted. In June this year, I needed them again (called them at 9:45 at night) they sent-out a contractor, who arrived 1 1/2 hours later. I could have walked home in less time. Will I renew next year?, no, not unless they seriously invest in improving their response times. I really didn't enjoy standing round in sub-zero temperatures for an hour waiting for them to arrive.

	Just purchased RAC breakdown cover and payment pending. Was impressed with the way transaction was monitored and my account kept and was able to view my cashback within 24 hours. Hope the experience continues up until payment.
