Still waiting for cashback after several months. Had to put in manual claim and its currently with the retailer so not looking too hopeful. In addition when my wife, who was on her own at night, actually called them it was quicker for me to come 26 miles out of work and change the tire and drive back to work before there was any sign of them and the chap she spoke to was rude. Definitely wont be using them again!
