Purchase made 2nd Sep, tracked quickly, confirmed payment just before Xmas 2011 and payable today 30 Dec 11. All very smooth, highly recommend RAC for cashback have never had a problem with them at all.

Never received my cash back. Topcashback claimed to have chased this up for me but still refused. Have just cancelled my RAC cover and gone back to the AA. Together with this claim and my claim for Kwik-Fit home insurance declined this has left me out of pocket for a promised £80 cash back. Topcashback, you can go and swivel, i am moving on to other cash back sites

didnt track but TCB staff sorted it, then tracked for full amount (£60) and paid out. Much better than the AA deal i tried last year that didnt pay out.

experience very poor, and RAC should be ashamed with their customer services, will never buy RAC through cashback again, and certainly will not recommend to a friend either. Top CashBack however, have supplied a good customer service, and have kept me well informed with the case update.

I suspect RAC are using big cashback promises to attract customers, but do whatever they can to avoid paying out. I tried three times this year - one RAC car insurance policy (the £80 cashback never arrived), and two 'single car' breakdown policies. After pursuing via TCB for many months, one of these eventually paid cashback.
I for one will never use RAC again.

I was disappointed that cashback tracked at £20 less than that advertised by the RAC.Thanks to the Top Cashback team persuing this on my behalf, I eventually managed to get me the full amount.
