QVC's 30 day money back guarantee is great and is always extended even further over Christmas so buy now and you can return an item upto the 25th Jan! They never grill you - even if you've used an item - cosmetics, perfume, garden stuff - I have been delighted with their service and have only returned one item - you have to be selective and look up general reviews for more expensive items - which are normally cheaper than the maker sells it for.
