	Awful Absolute rubbish. Bought so many items from QVC but did not receive the cashback. It's a long pending process and then they denied it after.

	Avoid QVC - apparently not seen as final referrer - like many others I hope TCB will consider removing QVC from their site given QVC appears to have adopted the approach of wriggling out of any cashback payments using generic phrases such as "not seen as final referrer". It seems this company might be on the downward slope. My advice - don't expect any cashback - if you've found your product cheaper somewhere else (assuming no cashback) then buy from there instead. TCB team great as always but there's only so much they can do. Hopefully they'll cancel their agreement with QVC soon.

	WAITING 12 MONTHS FOR RESPONSE TO MISSNG CASHBACK CLAIM - DISGRACEFUL Been waiting for a response now for 12 months for a missing cashback claim from QVC. Total con promising special rates of cashback for purchases and then never paying out. Absolutely disgusting that a huge corporation like QVC can't be bothered to respond in any sort of timely manner to a claim either. Spent a lot of money with them over the years. Would think twice now.

	Do not like paying out I have made many purchases from QVC via the TopCashback app and they always seem to say not seen as last referrer so fail to pay out just making excuses not to award payout!

	90% of transactions declined I'm not sure what the point is of using Top Cashback to order from QVC, as almost every transaction is declined. I had 4 declined in one instance today, even though I can prove with screenshots that I submitted via TC and followed all the terms set out by QVC. I'm not sure what's going on over there, but they're either too lazy to process them, or they're using TC to funnel loads of orders their way, and they're deliberately being dishonest in declining them. Either way, someone from TC needs to investigate this as there are so many reviews saying the exact same thing.

	Difficult to get cash back The very few times they have paid out it’s taken an eternity. Most times they decline for no reason then you have to submit a ticket.

	Decline payments Finding that QVC are declining more and more payments and even though you make multiple orders they may only pay on one quite often the cheapest one. I now find I shop around and use them less and less because the rewards they give are minimal and given the often extortionate and quite often difficult to understand P&P charges I am going elsewhere.

	Claim initially reject but paid 11 months later after putting a claim in I don't really know why QVC are on Top Cashback. They rejected my legitimate claim for no reason and after putting a claim in they took almost a year to pay the cashback. Very disappointing and unjustified. :-<
