I bought from these on the 30/04/17 and I am still waiting for my cashback to go through, I contacted TCB and they said wait and they will sort it - surely a year is a long enough wait?? Definitely not faster paying.

Ordered travel money card in July 2017. Did everything right, pending payout shown a few minutes later. Now more than 6 months later - STILL PENDING ! Service was good, the card came in a few days, but do not rely on getting the cashback.
