Cashback terms and exclusions

How does it work?
  • Only flights paid in full (in cash) at the time of booking are eligible for reward.
  • Cashback is not available until full completion of a flight. In the case of return flights, completion is satisfied once both flights have been completed.
  • We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based on expected cashback as it is not guaranteed. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
What will stop me getting cashback?
  • Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order may result in the Cash Back being declined.
  • Cashback may not be paid on bookings where Turkish Airlines has provided notification of travel restrictions/pausing of activity and/or any other relevant communication impacting cashback being earned for selected routes.
  • Miles/points or additional services.
  • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards or Miles for full or partial payment.
  • Flights booked via the Turkish Airlines mobile app.
  • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
  • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
Good to know
  • Amendments to travel dates won’t affect cashback but it shall be issued after the last travel date.
What to do when
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
