I have ordered twice from the Post Office and both times they have refused to pay out the Cashback. Will not be ordering from them again.

Very poor. Transaction was completed in August but it didn't track. A claim took 6 months to dispute as Post Office does not give an order number at all. I had to provide screenshots of my usage in the Post Office app etc to dispute it.
