Taken two polices out with these ONE has just disappeared and the other has not moved in over six month, just waiting to see what TCBare going to do about it!!! :(

Purchased policy in July 2014, tracked at £0 and never uplifted. Claim has been with the merchant since then, but not hopeful anything will come of it. TCB should really show all reviews by newest first as the 5* reviews do not represent recent experiences with this merchant.

Really dissatisfied with my dealings with them. The purchase tracked at zero for well over the allocated/informed period of time. After raising a support ticked this cashback deal was then declined despite me showing full evidence of the policy I purchased through them. This meant that the policy through them worked out as more than I could have obtained elsewhere. I would certainly not recommend this provider.

Tracked at £0 and that is where it has stayed. Now been 4 months and still no sign of it going past "pending". Missed the 100 day cut off so can't raise a claim sadly.

Like many others have said, this company has made avoiding the payment of cashback into an art form, ably helped by Top Cashback turning a blind eye to every negative comment made on these reviews. In my case, I contacted the company who claimed that I had made the purchase via Money Supermarket and not Top Cashback, yet the fact that my transaction tracked on Top Cashback is proof enough that I did make the purchase via this site. It's only the fact that I still do get cashback from most reputable companies, and even occasionally some insurance companies, is stopping me from terminating my relationship with TCB. This review page says that 99% plus people are satisfied with Policy Expert, yet the vast majority of recent reviewers are telling the same story, all following the same pattern before their cashback is rejected. They can't all be wrong can they? I won't be renewing my policy with Policy Expert when it's time for renewal. How can anyone trust a company that makes so much effort to avoid paying cashback be trusted to pay out for a claim?

tracked immediately. five months later declined. should have been £25 a lot to a pensioner. Very unhappy. Going with the other people I wont use again.

My purchase was December 2013 and tracked at £0. After submitted missing cashback and communicating with Topcashback giving order numbers, order date etc and them chasing it up, it has been declined because 'transaction cannot be traced'. I have been with Topcashback 5 year's or more and never had a declined transaction and my tracking is working correctly and I followed all the rules. They must have a record of it as it's my policy number so Topcashback suggested it is more likely that it has not tracked through Topcashback and there is no proof I went through them. What I don't understand is don't Topcashback send all my communication about this missing claim to Policy Expert. If they do, then surely I wouldn't go to all that trouble to say I went via Topcashback if I didn't. Also if Topcashback have a record of me purchasing it through them (as I selected it as a visited merchant when I put in my missing cashback claim in) then don't they have proof of this.

Cashback tracked in November 2013, then the cashback was sneakily declined by Policy Expert in around August 2014 - Top Cash Back will not investigate due to the length of time since the cashback tracked.

Shocking service. As a company and tracking cashback they are a nightmare. Despite me giving them every reference number and policy number they are 'unable' to find my transaction. TopCashback need to seriously consider removing them now given the bad rep they seem to get on these reviews. I know cashback is never a guarantee but this seems to be happening all too often where companies just refuse to pay up. I would advise anyone wanting to use Policy Expert to think twice, use a more reputable company from the topcashback compare section to avoid the hassle and pain of missing out. This company cant even handle you moving home mid policy....2 bit company with 2 bit customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!

Still waiting for cashback a year after buying a policy. They will then hound you relentlessly to renew your policy despite being £50-£60 above what you can easily get by showing around. Only putting 1 stars 'cos it won't let me put zero.

Having taken up a policy with Policy Expert, I did so largely due to the quality of the sales staff from them. I was told that as I was referred to them by TCB that I would get the full £90.50 fee. This felt like money in the bank and despite being about £70 more expensive than my leading quote it seemed like value for money. 7 months later, 1 complaint to PolicyExpert, 1 currently open claim with TCB, and i'm still no further forward. I have received £70.50 which is wrong so all in all a terrible experience. I dont hold TCB entirely responsible however they could've and should move a lot faster given the circumstances. In terms of quality product, I can't comment as I've not (touch wood) had to contact them for anything so therefore full stars. I personally would avoid them, and they have no chance of repeat business from me.

Same as all other reviews, a valid claim has been refused by the company, this has taken 9 months to get to this position. Please don't deal with this business, they do not keep to their word. I'm just glad that I have not had to make a claim as I'm sure that they would try to get out of paying me. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them and I certainly will not be renewing with the. AVOID THIS BUSINESS - THEY DO NOT PAY CASHBACK.

See my comment has been moved down, and for some reason showing 3 stars; I would give this lot no stars; no cash back to date, and I think that was their plan all along. My purchase was fully tracked, and the after about 5 weeks just totally disappeared and now the wont pay. Please don't use this company, you have been warned

Total con. After 9 months a perfectly legitimate claim was refused. There are so many people with similar experiences that I have to agree with those who say the positive reviews are fake. I'm just relieved I haven't had to make a claim on the policy as I suspect it would have met with a similar response. My rating for TCB is based on the fact that they did seem to make an effort to chase up the claim but should not be allowing this company to use their site to con people.

Using a comparison site (i.e. confused.com) showed policyexpert to be one of the cheapest, and with the added benefit of cashback via topcashback made it a no-brainer. However the quote on their website after clicking through TCB was DOUBLE my original comparison quote, totally wiping out the benefit of the cashback. Watch out for this, the cashback is not always going to save you money, always check other comparison sites, (e.g. comparethemarket, tesco compare, gocompare, ect.)

I had to open a support ticket and after months of waiting my cashback was declined!!!!!!!!!! I have a valid purchase and this retailer is a con-merchant. They also messed me around calling at times I said I was unavailable to check policy details. A complete waste of money - the policy was only competitive due to the cashback, which they have now conveniently declined. I would never recommend anyone to get tricked into purchasing from this merchant

Cash back ! Ha what a joke. Bought home insurance feb 2013, waited 90 days, nudged at least once a month, finally got a reply from them saying declined "order cancelled/returned". I didn't cancel and have NOT had my money back! What a ripoff DONT use this merchant !
