Was told to wait 12 weeks as tracks at zero, nothing doing. NOw as claim over 100 days old TCB won't chase so I miss out. Total farce - AVOID

I have to give 5 stars on all counts here. Topcashback, as always, gets a well deserved 5 stars from me too
Excellent service from Policy Expert. I started the quote online and was interrupted. An agent called me to see if I wanted to complete it over the phone and I declined because the cashback rate over the phone was lower. He assured me that because they had called me, I would be paid out the online higher rate. Well I got a great price, the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable, had my documents in my hand 2 days later and my cashback has tracked and become payable 4 weeks ahead of the predicted time. I only have good things to say about Policy Expert

Bought home insurance for a consecutive second year and like the first time, cashback tracked and paid out after less than 2 months. Very satisfied with this merchant in respect of accuracy, speed and service. Would definitely recommend.

I thought £70 cashback on a policy costing £68 seemed too good to be true, but the salesman on the phone assured me that I would receive it three months after taking out the policy. After three months I received an email from Policy Expert telling me that the cashback should be in my Topcashback account and that I should lodge a claim if it wasn't there. As there was no cashback in my account I lodged a claim, the claim was submitted to Policy Expert two months ago, but they haven't bothered to respond, looks like I won't be receiving any cashback from this merchant.

This merchant does not seem to like paying out the promised cashback. My advice to you is only purchase from them if they are the cheapest anyway. You probably won't get any money back from them. I waited 18 months and got nothing.

Policy expert rang me before I had time to purchase policy online. I purchased buildings only insurance for a rental property and was assured cashback would still be £90.
Also assured me cashback would be paid even though purchase was not completed online as they rang me before I had time to complete online purchase so completed by phone - I will report back later if cashback received

Insurance was arranged for less than the value of the cashback - can't complain about that. Have received email from company confirming cashback is on track and will become payable after 3 months. Overall excellent experience to date.

Had an insurance policy for a full year and it's taken them the full 12 months to decline the £70.50 they should have paid up. Told lies to Topcashback that the policy had been cancelled. Con merchants.

Turned out they offered me cheapest policy with a cashback nearly equal to the cost of the policy. Cant do better than that. The money was transferred to my account in specified time. Will certainly use again. All good A++++.

Had a lot of phonecalls from Policy Expert to help me from their 'customer services' team who wanted to provide help with completing my switch, and reminded that they 'dealt with the cashback and so needed my confirmation before they could do that'. But, less than 3 months later, the cashback paid.

Awful company very expensive product but made worthwhile by the amount of cashback would never deal with them again and had to threaten to cancel to get the promised amount. Still got £15 in MandS vouchers to come but bet your life they wont happen!

Billiant experience. Higher rate offered for online purchase, but wouldn't go through so I rang and lady said I would get online rate(bit sceptical) but lo and behold I got full £94.50 and it was paid within two months.Lady was brilliant and didn't try and sell more expensive policy in fact she saved me money. Def recommend.
