On 21/5/15 wanted to pay £79per person using SSFLAT code but refused. Rung up and was told that offer finished 31/4/15. So had to pay £484 instead of £79x5 = £395.

Booked return ferry Dover - Calais in June 2014. Still no cashback, gone to Status Unknown!
Booked another return ferry Dover - Calais in October 2014. No cashback there either as still awaiting Merchants response.
Yes cashback is a bit of a bonus, but is pretty much expected if promised, so it is not good really. Come on P&O get this sorted out so I can edit this review and give you a better review soon.

Fantastic customer service, Was able to amend my booking with no trouble at all. Cannot beat the prices; £19 return crossing AND 6 bottles of FREE decent wine. It was a no-brainer to book. Very simple booking process and this is our second trip in less than a month. Great day out even if the weather is rubbish.
