Complete waste of time. Failed to track so raised a missing cashback claim and waited 4 months for payment to reduce to £0. Topcashback unable to give an answer as to why payment was refused

spent £000's with this retailer, last 3 transactions have all not tracked. Every time you raise a ticket, the transaction exists on the system, so there is clearly something inherently wrong. You should be able to trust TCB, not have to keep going back to see if transactions have tracked.

Rubbish! I booked a trip to Calais and they refused to payout....I even sent them confirmation details and they still refused to pay out.

I purchased a ferry crossing in November 2015, via a cashback link. That was not a typo - 2015. I have today received a message from TCB to say that the claim has been declined by P&O, it has taken over a year of chasing to finally find this out. Buyer beware - you might not get your cashback as stated!

I used to travel regularly with P&O but I had a cash back claim submitted to them for well over a year to which I have just been declined cash back even though I purchased through Top Cashback. The most frustrating thing of all is that, after waiting over a year, P&O have not provided a reason as to why they have not paid out their cash back to me. It's Stena Line for me in future!!
