Cashback never progresses past pending unless chased.
Excellent as a parts supplier, and their customer services have always been very good when I've needed to return parts for various reasons. However cashback never progresses past pending unless I open a missing cashback claim so, as this review is based on the cashback experience, I can only give one star.

Made false accusations, defrauded me out of £74
Returned a product to PartsInMotion in original condition.
They accused me of fitting/damaging the part and kept £74.
They refused a refund and accused me of lying.
I am considering legal action against them.
Beware of this company.

They are great service however TopCashback should remove them!!!
I have been brought a few parts from them over the year; however, they never gave me cashback. TopCashplus should remove it.

I have multiple purchases waiting for cashback over the last 12 months.
If you really want cashback from this lot best buying from their eBay store, at least you get guaranteed a payment, you will be waiting a very long time if you purchase directly. I'm really surprised that they are still listed on Topcashback.co.uk. Should be blocked from this site.

Excellent Merchant
Very simple selection via Topcashback to merchants site with best prices I found for specific parts.
Confirmed via phone as to suitability / compatibility of parts selected then simply purchased items from merchants website.
Cashback into my account within a couple of days. Great.

made an order on the 22nd January and am still waiting on the 9th of may for the cashback to be payable, as a company they are great I have used them for car parts for years and in respect of customer service and parts fitment they are second to none, they often have better prices than most other places too but they seem to take forever to pay out cashback through this site
