	Onthebeach tend to be a little slow on tracking and have had to chace them up before now. I have booked with this company several times and on the whole it has been a good experience. One tip, do not book anything else until you have confirmation that what you have booked with OTB has been confirmed. I have had a couple of instances where I have booked the hotel with someone else and they have told me that the flight is booked up ahhhh!!!

	excellent all rounder. Booked hotel in October for Lanzarote cheaper than anyone. tracked the next day payment promised end of november. Highly recommended

	I was wary of using this company as i heard several negative remarks. I have to say we booked our hotel accommodation for our summer holiday this year and saved a fortune! I made sure we stayed in a hotel that was used by thomson so would be a decent standard. Customer service in the UK was not brilliant but we had no problems with the booking once we arrived. I would not hesitate to use them again. My sister in law also used them without any problems and you can not beat their prices!

	Great site - cheapest online for holidays. Cashback tracked within 48 hours however this is the second time I used this site but didn't get cashback first time - still waiting six months later....

	Absolutely no problems with tracking or cashback. I booked a hotel in February, went in May and cashback was payable after we came back from our holiday. We only paid what was stated on OTB website and no extra. I would recommend using this company.

	I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you book online,thinking you have a bargain hol, you will receive a call saying prices have gone up. An unauthorised payment was taken from my debit card,it has been a nightmare trying to recover money, you will be fobbed off and end up stressed,wishing you had never booked hol and incurring expensive telephone charges.
