Used once and tracked fine, used a second time and didn't track at all. TCB tried to sort but unable. Very disappointing.

Never book a holiday through these guys. I made the mistake of doing so only to be contacted the following day with some excuse saying it was no longer available at that price & I would need to pay more. I cancelled and will never use again, terrible customer service.

They advertise flights that don't exist at a price you can't book them at if they did. "Bookings" you make on the site are only booking requests and are not confirmed until later in the day when the flight you wanted may have sold out or gone up in price. Rubbish, with rude customer service too. Would never use again or recommend.

Over the years I have used several different travel organisations for the purchase of hotel accommodation. With the exception of this company all of my transactions have tracked and cashback has been paid. This time, for reasons unknown, cashback has been declined. Since several competitors offer the same hotels at similar or lower prices and are reliable payers of cashback I will not be a customer of this firm again. My advice to others is to exercise caution before dealing with On The Beach.

I will never use this website again to book a holiday. Not only did they miss sell the holiday as 4star when it clearly wasnt, they have ignored all complaint letters, emails etc and they have now just declined my topcashback claim as well. Total shambles cannot recommend them based on my experiences.

Very poor.After falling foul before on other sites I was very careful to not enter any voucher codes or move off the site after going through topcash back but cashback of 70 pounds has still been refused.please be very wary as cashback is not always paid.This took nearly a year to even get a response from the company !!!

I thought there would be a problem when my cashback did not track by the next day. I was owed £27 and I had invoice number and booking reference and was told that the company had tracked my booking to someone else!! I have been using Topcashback for years and so I know that all over searches have to be shut down and that one has to click through the site when booking and this was all done. Just think the retailer were using this as an excuse to avoid paying the cashback. Very disappointed as there is no excuse for this sort of sharp practice. Holiday booked was ok but no frills airline turned out to be Ryanair too which I will never fly with again!

I have had a disappointing experience with this company. Despite following the usual advice about clearing cookies etc my transaction in Aug 2011 failed to track. A nudge made over two months ago has failed to elicit any response. The thing is, taking into account price, plus the debit card fee charged by them, I would have been quite a bit cheaper giving my business to the competitor I was considering who did not offer cashback and had a lower debit card fee.

Very disappointed ..should of received £48.00 cash back but after three nudges on a reported claim we are still waiting 9 months on. Have been on holiday with on the beach 3 times but won't bother wasting my time going through Topcash back again with them.
