	Initially really good cashback amount. Booked in march 2022 and tracked quickly. Went to confirmed in September 2022 (travelled August 2022) still waiting for payable. Contacted topcashback who said they had been having problems with cashback being slow but were on the case. Now I see that they have had a payment from on the beach in January for October 22 transactions? Ive asked about my March transaction but get same standard answer of that when it comes to them they will forward to me. A shame as many other cashbacks come through quickly.

	Tracked at incorrect level, when queried took nearly year to sort and still tracked at incorrect amount, but as taken so long and at least amount has increased given up and accepted second offer. Other times used this merchant not had any problems though, so hence slightly higher score...

	Bought a holiday with 'onthebeach' expected £27.64 cashback never tracked. Topcashback have been chasing and according to topcashback lots of transactions have not been tracked or paid by merchant. No problem with holiday just don't expect cashback!!!!!

	Annoying hidden costs like baggage extra not clear till you get to complete the purchase.Lets face who goes on holiday without luggage. also outrageous extortionate charges for using a debit card. debit card use should be free I was charged £17.50 for a holiday under £1000 that is outrageous!!!

	Disappointed in the facilities of the hotel. I will be making an official complaint regarding advertised beach bar not open and also the vehicular cable car being out of service for one and a half days,and on other days not working properly and potentially unsafe, both caused problems in the heat with a small child.

	Onthebeach tend to be a little slow on tracking and have had to chace them up before now. I have booked with this company several times and on the whole it has been a good experience. One tip, do not book anything else until you have confirmation that what you have booked with OTB has been confirmed. I have had a couple of instances where I have booked the hotel with someone else and they have told me that the flight is booked up ahhhh!!!

	Absolutely no problems with tracking or cashback. I booked a hotel in February, went in May and cashback was payable after we came back from our holiday. We only paid what was stated on OTB website and no extra. I would recommend using this company.

	Holiday been and gone but still no cashback paid Really poor, it's past the time frame for paying out cashback. We spent thousands and they can't pay out a few hundred promptly, ridiculous!!

	Cashback never tracked put in manual claim and 2 years later am told my cashback would not be paid out. Beware you might not get your cashback so dont booked with this company on the basis of the cashback.

	Don't rely on receiving your cashback, I bought my hotel thru OTBeach on 4 March 2011 and was expecting over £30 cashback, but after several emails to TCB and 3 nudges, I am still waiting, 3 months later. I guess this is another one that can be written off

	Clicked through topcashback, had no other browser open, all cookies cleared yet Onthebeach and topcashback saying I clicked through another cashback site first. I DO not have any other sites. Over £108 owed to me and feel like they just don’t want to pay. Won’t use again. Beware.

	Waiting for my cashback for more than a 3 month..case opened, but no replies from company about my cashback. With no so great experience of our holiday ("OtB promised excellent 4 star hotel when in reality it was an old and maximum 3 star hotel) we thought at least we will get a some cashback..but even for a cashback we are still waiting.
