	SIMPLY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was delivered a coffee table that was damaged in a soaking wet box. I was only offered a repair, which I wasn't prepared to accept as I had paid for a new product and not a broken and repaired table. in the many conversation I had with customer service I was told "if I wanted good service I should have used a more expensive company as they only offer to repair goods that are delivered in a damaged condition. This company is appalling and basically have the attitude of you buy cheap you get poor quality service so don't expect any better. We intended to buy oak furniture for our bedrooms but we are now buying that from another supplier that are much more customer focused. I can only advise anyone wanting to buy furniture DONT BUY FROM OAKFURNITURE LAND

	Avoid! Oakfurnitureland flatly deny that I used Topcashback for the transaction, even though I did and I followed the instructions correctly. I thought it would be straightforward to set the record straight but after many weeks and many phone calls, they still refused to honour the cashback deal so I am returning the goods to them for a full refund.

	I made a large order on 2nd January and still - over nine months later - have received no cashback. I was promised £160! It’s a complete joke. The merchant uses the lure of cashback to secure sales, but has no intention whatsoever of actually paying out. Disgraceful. Top Cash Back has been utterly useless, fobbing me off every time I ask for help. Oak Furniture Land is a rogue trader and TCB are assisting in them ripping people off by continuing to facilitate this false offer.

	Products and delivery both great. Cashback non-existent !!! Ordered furniture in January. Delivered February. Cashback reset to 1p and claim raised April 1st - still no reply ("Waiting for retailer") some five months on !!! Would STRINGLY advise you only purchase from this vendor expecting to get ZERO cashback which is a shame as the stuff we ordered is good...

	no cash back as yet should have being paid 30 april. very poor. when i have orded things the estimated delivery time always moves and it is deliverd weeks after it says on its web site so if it says delived in 3 weeks it will be more like 9 weeks in my experiance.

	Would not use again. Still waiting for cashback (or any response come to that!) from OakFurnitureland from a purchase made in September last year (2010). TCB also seem unwilling to do anything other than the standard amount of effort in to chase up either!

	Hi this company were offering 9% at my time of ordering in January, they state, they will pay 1pence in your cash back till delivery, that was on 11th march,have had to submit an enquiry with topcashback sill nothing as yet.

	Have previously ordered furniture from this merchant with no issues, cashback tracked quickly and I had some beautiful furniture, hence my second purchase. This time I've had to chase for my cashback on £600 worth of furniture to be told "my transaction has been tracked to another referrer". I know for a fact i went through TopCashBack as it has tracked my purchase - and if i have gone through another referrer then why do I not have £50 sitting in another account somewhere. I'm feel very disappointed and a little bit cheated as, like the previous comment, i bought the furniture in good faith and trusted that the merchant would hold up their end of the bargain.

	Still waiting on cashback being tracked from £820 of furniture I bought in May 2010, just been told that my cash has been tracked to another merchant, therefore, they will not pay out to me as would mean they would be paying out twice. They cannot say who it has gone to and don't seem bothered about claiming it back.......think it's just an excuse to avoid paying out!! This is my second large purchase of furniture from them and even though the furniture is fab, I won't be buying again!! All my friends I have recommended them too aswell will be told to avoid. Disappointed as purchased in good faith.

	I was expecting £30.36 cashback from this retailer and after waiting for 7 months, the retailer has turned around and said that 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale.' I have tried to question this further as the only other party involved in this transaction was TopCashBack but have not received any different response. It seems to me that Oak Furniture Land do not wish to pay out this cashback and therefore have given this excuse for non-payment, or they have got my transaction mixed up with another transaction. Topcashback seem to have done what they can to chase up this cashback but it sounds like they cannot investigate it further with Oak Furniture Land which is rather frustrating. If you are thinking of using Oak Furniture Land because of their good offer of cashback, please think twice about it as they may turn around in a few months time and give an excuse to decline it.

	Cashback did not track I was buying a sofa for £900 so I made a special effort to go through TCB and do everything right. But cashback didn’t track, raised a manual claim and quickly told that for TCB wasn’t the last website to click through to the purchase. Absolutely not true as I made sure it was! Echo what others are saying about larger orders not tracking and TCB not making an effort and retailer finding any excuse no to pay out. Also still waiting for a BACs payout from TCB from 2 weeks ago!

	I'm fed up with topcashback. I have to chase every single large transaction after it inevitably fails to track. And yes, my PC accepts cookies, because the tiny transactions always track. Funny that. So tiresome. When are you going to get your act together?

	As a regular TCB user I know how everything works. Clicking though TCB, official link, genuine purchase from clicking through link, no voucher codes used, and nothing else to affect cashback. £1200 spent with Oak Furniture Land and £12.00 expected. Cashback declined. No help from TCB despite having clear proof of all transactions. I'm noticing more and more that many of the higher amounts of TCB that should be added to my account are being declined. Poor service from Oak Furniture Land, and it would have been nice to have more support from TCB

	Oak furniture Land get 1 star from me. I purchased the furniture in April 2016 and I'm happy with it but its now September 2016 and I've still not received the cashback. I've made numerous purchases through Top Cashback and this is the worst performing merchant I've experienced.

	This is the worst company I ever came accross with. I ordered items which came faulty after waiting 2 months for delivery and also they have been replaced them with another faulty after another 2 months of waiting. All I want now is my refund. If you want no worries this is not the place to buy.
