The furniture from this company is beautiful and lovely quality however DONT EXPECT TO GET YOUR CASHBACK. I have been waiting since Apr 2011 only to have my claim declined. No happy as was expecting £28 from them, if oak furniture land aren't going to pay the cashback then they shouldn't offer it, top cashback have done all they can to help me to no avail.

I received my cash back within about 4-5 weeks,no hassle what so ever,my furniture arrived on Wednesday and it is beautiful.Im looking forward to ordering more soon and of course more cashback. My original ofl cashback went towards the purchase of a new camera so I was happy :-)

After nine months my cashback claim with Oak Furniture Land has been declined. I did not use another referral site, cashback site or search engine. They state another source has been credited for this sale. Feel disappointed and deceived. TopCashBack has investigated and updated me as and when. Don't rely on getting cash back from this retailer.

The merchant only paid cashback on Non VAT part of purchase, this was not clear on the merchant site but when the cashback site was questioned they came back to me very quick with the answer. I have been very impressed with the quck response to queries online on the cashback site.

Have previously left review stating cashback tracked after a few days. It took almost 4 months for that to be payable but that said, I had the cashback in my account before I got the furniture. I was given a 16 week lead time at the time of ordering though so that was fine. Furniture arrived last week (18 weeks after ordering). I did have to chase it up after the lead time had passed but the staff were very friendly and apologetic. Anyway, it was well worth the wait! I bought several items from the Alto range and it's gorgeous and so well made. Overall, a brilliant experience with this retailer!

Ordered over £1000 worth of furniture 2 weeks ago. Tracked at £0.01 after about 48 hours. I was a bit worried at first having read other feedback that that was all I was going to get. Happy to say though that today I have received notification of £88 cashback. Yet to receive furniture but I have been to the showroom and quality of furniture there was excellent. I will leave more feedback when I have my furniture.

Excellent quality furniture for the price and highly recommended as long as you are not in a hurry. We ordered £2500 worth of furniture on 5th May and received most of it today (15th July) but have been told that our table and chairs is not coming until Early September! Still, well worth the wait in my opinion.
Cashback tracked at 1p at first then changed to the full amount a week or so later. Also the 6% off voucher code worked.

Nice product but 11 months after my purchase I have sill not received correct cashback. Like others who have left comments, my cashback has been set to £0.01 and I can only conclude that the cashback offer was not genuine. I will not be using this company again because it looks to me like there has been a deliberate intention to mislead.

Ordered over £1000 worth of furniture 27/3/2011 cashback should have been £69. Still have nothing, even after a couple of nudges. Furniture is top notch, if you get cashback it's a bonus, but don't depend on it.

I ordered furniture online in Jan 2012 with 6 months interest free. The original delivery date of May 2012 has passed, the new delivery date will be early June. Disappointed it's taking so long, hope it'll be worth it. As for cashback - well it tracked at 1p from the start and so in April I asked Topcashback to chase it. Happy to say that the full amount in now pending.

Hi, not sure why all the other comments have been removed for this supplier but I have purchased twice from OFL. The first cashback went without a hitch but the secound showed quick enough at 1p but has not been upgraded to the full amount. I have registered a query which TCB have submitted to the retailer but no joy as yet. Previous comments did warn about missing cashback. No problem with furniture but dont buy on cashback basis alone!
