Item arrived damaged. Took 3 weeks to get someone out to look at damage then made as feeble attempt at repair. Then took another month for refund. The customer service is as joke. Avoid

Bought a good quality dining set from them but didn't get the cash back .....it's been 5 months.... We live in hope lol

Very disappointed with the lack of after sales customer service as there isn’t any. I took a day off work to accept delivery and they turned up and dropped off the bed and mattress great. only to find after I had unpacked it the bed and mattress were different size’s. So I Phoned up to get them to come back and pick it back up and was told that would have wait for them to another van out. It was two weeks later I received the phone call to arrange pick up. We don’t live in a warehouse so this was extremely inconvenient. I even had to take pictures to prove they had got it wrong. To add injury to insult I had to lose another’s day pay to wait in for the correct delivery all because of there mistake. And when I asked for compensation or a good will gesture I was fob off by the manager and told we don’t compensate. Quick enough to take your money but once they have it they don’t care and if they do make a mistake there attitude is tough luck and it took 96 days to actually get our bed delivered. Also noticed testimonials on their site are vetted and bias no negative feedback gets up loaded, which proves how bad they are. They just don't give a monkeys once they have your money

Ordered a bed, side cabinet and two wardrobes, only to find that the courier would not deliver the wardrobes to the first floor bedroom as promised in all the literature. Bed went up no problem, as well as the bottom half of one of the wardrobes. Courier didn't seem keen on a return trip up the stairs so called head office and refused to carry anything else up. Health and safety apparently! OFL offered £30 refund to cover the cost of me arranging for my own removal people to get the remaining furniture up the stairs, even though their own courier was unwilling to do so. Courier also acknowledged that although they could carry the furniture up the stairs if it was unpacked, they were unable to unpack it for me. Passing shot from one of the delivery guys was I would have to "carry everything up myself with a mate". I am now left with two wardrobes stood in my living room. It gets worse.... I end up opening the wardrobes downstairs to find that both are damaged. One has a damaged door, and the other has the door catch sheared off at the top. Awaiting replacement parts in the post now and a visit from a technical person to assess the damage to the other door. I was so annoyed that I tried to cancel the whole order. OFL were happy to refund the full amount for the wardrobes, but would charge £75 for returning the bed and side cabinet! I tried explaining that the whole point is to have matching bed and wardrobes. So I am now left with two damaged wardrobes directly in front of the tv set and no confidence in a resolution. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Did not track. Despite a valid claim being put in for ~£60 and the system recognising when I completed my transaction the merchant did not pay out. Very disappointing.

Merchant states that I used another site or search engine for cashback, as they appear to have done with many other customers! I have not recieved any cashback to date, and it looks as if I'm unlikely to recieve any. The furniture arrived damaged and took a while to be sorted out. I would think twice about ordering again from Oak Furniture Land.

One to avoid - with all the comments made here about receiving the incorrect or NO cash back how they are still allowed to still be a retailer on TCB is beyond me? Oh, I forgot probably because it's good business for TCB - but not the customer!!

Made purchase on the 31st july, £1072. On my cashback it stated i only spent 0.09p, What a joke. Delivery scheduled for the 23rd Aug. Have alerted topcashback about this matter. Would not recommend using this merchant for cashback purposes.

Yes where have all the old reviews gone about this company? Furniture is OK but slight cracks appearing in the joints after a few weeks even though I did polish it when it arrived as per instructions on website . Only time will tell if they get any bigger as the wood dries out. I purchased from them in early January this year and paid in full (delivery made 4th March) but like the previous reviewer mine only tracked at 1p and has now gone payable at that amount. I have put in a claim but nothing so far, so don't bank on getting your expected cashback, if you could read the old reviews this seemed to happen quite often.

If you don't mind waiting forever for cashback - we're still waiting for anything to show up on tcb! The furniture is of reasonable quality. We ordered 2 bedside tables. Whilst it is well made it is laminated pieces i.e it is not a single piece of timber but pieces glued together including the legs, which is a little unusual as the legs would normal be a single piece of timber. Probably won't use OakFurnitureLand again.

I placed an order to the value of £819 on the 2nd February through top cash back. The money has been taken from my bank account with a delivery expected before the 2nd March. However, the cash back has not been credited in to my top cash back account as yet.

Although the service, delivery and products purchased were good the cash back experience was abysmal...took nearly 10 months for any response whilst I had to nudge every month... It was then rejected with a lame excuse of another marketing channel took credit....erm I don't think so... Didn't buy the product solely on cash back but still disappointed that it took so long with a poor excuse at the end.... Boo!!!!!

BE CAREFUL!!! I suspect that many of the praising comments on this retailer are posted from 'in house'. If you want the true picture of the quality of products and customer service from this bunch you would be well advised to read the thread on the Moneysavingexpert forum before risking a purchase.

Cashback payable on my order has tracked thru as 1p. Waited till furniture was delivered as some people said would amount changed once order was received but this has not been the case. WOULD NOT HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IF I HAD REALISED THE CASHBACK WOULDN'T BE PAID!! Products available from many companies so I think this is just a bit of a dirty tactic to get custom.

Have previously ordered furniture from this merchant with no issues, cashback tracked quickly and hence made my second large purchase in December for around £1100. I used a valid voucher. This time i've had to chase for my cashback of £106 on £1100 worth of furniture to be told "my transaction has been tracked to another referrer". I know for a fact I went through topcashback as it has tracked my purchase. On further inquiry they changed their reply now that cashback declined because of voucher usage. The cashback due is more than the discount voucher, hence instead of resolving it they are refusing cashback. I am afraid I would hesitate to use Oak Furniture Land in future as you can get the same furniture else where at similar prices.

Just purchased my furniture through Oak Furniture Land after seeing the good quality of my Sister's stuff she bought. Also added a mirror worth £300 as it free with orders over £1000 :) Cashback has been tracked within an hour of ordering and is showing at the 8.08% as shown when I clicked the link (last week it was 6.06%) dunno about this 1p tracking value people are talking about but have taken a screenshot of my screen incase the value changes for what ever reason??? Its early days but happy so far and using Top Cashback for a few years now, I've never had a problem receiving my money :)

Not rated yet because not recieved goods but just to provide update. I have ordered about £1200 worth of furniture beginning Nov and a bit concerned when only 1p creditted but after about 10 days the full credit appeared on TCB. still waiting stock allocation so not sure on guaranteed xmas delivery but will let you know on quality and when i get hands on actual cash but looking good at present. (NB 5% discount code was not recognised)
