I ordered my item on 15 May but has not tracked and as previously posted very happy with merchandise an delivery. Not happy with the cashback though. I am still hoping because last payment received by topcashback was in August for April purchases so perhaps next month may will be dealt with. My probalem is that it has not tracked so there is no acknowledgement of cashback due. Very disappointing that my enquiry not resolved yet some 15 weeks after pruchase.

Ordered coffee table 15 May 2010 but did not track. Item delivered speedily and very happy with it. Unfortunately still did not track. Filed a query shortly after but still waiting, this is a shame because apart from the vital bit of getting the cashback the rest was excellent. Will post again when/if resolved.

Waste of time - purchased nearly £800 worth of furniture from Oak Furniture Land via TCB link nearly 4 months ago and still hasn't even tracked with enquiry ticket open nearly as long - won't be using this again.

This vendor insists on immediate payment before they process your order. It has now been over 3 months since my order was placed and 1 month since the order was delivered. No cash back has yet been forthcoming.

Bought in December 09 good furniture but no cashback to date apart from 1p so dont use these if you want to use the cashback as a comparison if you can find cheaper elsewhere, been chasing since Feb and all but given up.

Service absolutely excellant - both quality of goods and delivery experience. But be warned, my cashback was slow to track and is only given on VAT free price.
Bit disappointed in that - but overall its positive as long as you don't include cashback in your price comparison!

A very good company to deal with,we were given an estimated time for delivery of our unit online when ordered. We received a telephone call a few days before delivery date to say it had been sent to the delivery company.They in turn rang with actual date and time slot.Everything went according to plan.
The unit was very well packed and exactly as described.
Cashback tracked as 1p only until we accepted delivery then at full amount.

This initially tracked at 1p, but once I received the goods, the full cashback was approved, and I then had the full cashback confirmed and paid very quickly.

Initially only tracked to pending at 0.01p even though over £300 spent and paid immediately. Submitted an enquiry but still showed at 0.01p when moved to confirmed after 3 weeks. Finally uplifted to the correct amount after 3 more days so hopefully will pay OK now.
