	It's a great deal but their processing is really in the ancient monument class. Weeks have gone by and no payment has been processed, no membership card and cashback not confirmed yet. Still, at least we've had some great days out with our family membership.

	The discount code does make a difference! I applied for a single membership. National Trust are currently advertising 9 months for 12, reducing the cost from around £45 to £36. I cut and pasted the discount code into the on-line application form. It didn't reduce the cost of my payment at all. However the cashback tracked at 30% rather than the advertised 20% and I received £10.69 cashback.

	Tracked fine and they email a temporary card but haven't received my card and the rest of the stuff yet. Can take 6 weeks.

	Although I joined via TopCashBack have not received a confirmation email from the National Trust. Have emailed them to find out what is happening because I understood upon joining we would be members and they would send an email to confirm in order that we could enjoy the benefits straight away. I am waiting to hear from them.
