	failed to track TWICE in 2 weeks for two full sets of tyres. Topcashback blame me and my settings yet my smaller transactions worked OK.. funny Eh!

	Do not use this merchant. Bought tyres in 2013 and claim refused eventually in 2015 and no reason given. Please be warned, this is not topcashback fault but mytyres had no reason to refuse claim.

	Very unhappy with the service from mytyres. I placed an order on their website for 4 Pirelli tyres, and paid by American Express. The next day I received an email asking for the significant sum to be paid by bank transfer! I called them and was connected to their office in Germany, who stated that the card was declined, and that they can only try card payment once, and that bank transfer was the only way to pay. I called Amex who confirmed that no request for payment had gone to them and that no transactions had been declined. Only an idiot would send cash to a company in this economic climate, especially a company abroad. There is no protection whatsoever from bankruptcy or other problems that may arise. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

	I purchased tyres in April and still have not recieved any cashback even after a numnber of nudges to TCB. Today I had a request from Mytyres to review the purchase so replied that I was still awaiting my cashback. Their response was :- Thank you for your e-mail. We would like to inform you that our Company is in no way related with Topcashback, and the link that you have accessed might contain malicious software that might damage your computer. If you have further questions or queries, do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, Mr Andrei Giurca Delticom Tyres Ltd. Obviously something needs to be sorted between TCB and Mytyres.

	Order, Payment and fitment all ok for 4 new tyres, still waiting £17ish cashback in September from April, transaction tracking ok, now sending weekly nudges to Topcashback who I've been using for many years and this is only my 3rd issue with payment.

	Tyres ordered and fitted in April 2014 tracked quickly with correct cash back amount then after about 5 weeks went to zero and cash back declined!!

	Cashback quick to track. Payment system slightly confusing - I thought I had paid by PAYPAL but got email couple of weeks later asking for payment. Other than that, good service.

	Others have said that they have had no issue when using this company. However, my attempt to order tyres was not a positive one. They refused to accept my payment method (both American Express & Mastercard) and would only process the order if I paid by BACS transfer.

	Used a site similar to this previously to get some tryes and this was a much slower service. Having said that when I had an issue with the tyre fitters they were very helpfull and resolved it very quickly. So overall a good service and the cashback was prompt.

	on my tyres website tyre fitting was priced at £7.50 per tyre. when i went to garage to have tyres fitted I was charged £12.00 per tyre i think you should revise your pricing policy and keep it up to date.
