Item has tracked..problem is the item has not arrvived. I ahve to wait 21 days before mymemory will look into the matter. This is simply not good enough. I have now had to order a replacement from elsewhere

Bought three items from Mymemory between January and April. Had to manually track all three. Cashback just received for the first, just had the second track and still waiting for the third to show. Cashback has been slow in coming but thanks to TCB seems to be coming through. For Mymemory, all the items came quickly and at a good price so I would probably use them again.

I order a memory card back in July. Delivery was not overly fast but all arrived safe and sound. As yet, the cashback (albeit a small one) has failed to materialise and a manual claim + a nudge are with TCB.

Great prices and products but... failed to track on both occasions that I've used them. Took a long time first time round, and currently still waiting for most recent transaction. Had to manually submit claim. Come on, please!

First of all, the quality and price of the memory I bought was excellent, as was the very fast delivery time. The transaction didn't track initially so I had to submit a manual claim. It feels like it's been ages since I bought the goods, but it was only August. We're now into November and it's supposed to move from Pending to Payable at the end of this month, so it looks as though about 4 months is the wait time from order to cashback payment - but at least it's in the system!

I scoured the internet for the best price on the class 10 SDHC card I wanted. I found it cheapest at My Memory. The cashback appeared quickly too. Delighted with product and service.

As with many other transactions, it didn't track and I had to raise a ticket. Did eventually track and became payable approx 3 months after purchase.

Had to lodge a claim - this was back in 2011. Had to chase many times, and finally got a reply from TCB this month (Jan 2015) saying the merchant had declined not one but TWO claims which seemed clearly eligible, but without providing any reason. Needless to say, I will not be using this merchant again. End of.

I used TCB twice for cashback with mymemory purchase. In both instances cashback did not track and claims are still open (one since 2011) with no updates.

I purchased an item from My Memory in Sep2011 and received the item in good time. The cashback didn't track I'd submitted a claim in Oct2011. I'd sent a nudge twice since and I still haven't had any news from My Memory. I wouldn't say it was a TCB issued as other missing claims have come through without any problems shortly after submitting the claims.

This company used to be good a few years ago, not anymore because for some strange reason, they now have this annoying option roundabout you have to go through to actually speak to someone, and at the end of it all still no human will actually answer you. Really frustrating!!!!!
