Made an order through them during the Covid lockdown period and they had good customer service, even though the item was out of stock and delivery would be 'uncertain'. Overall it was an okay experience and glad they were able to be contacted.

I am very, very careful when following links to a website to ensure tracking for cashback. If I have ever had a problem in the past I have resolved this with a missing cashback claim and succeeded.
Musicroom have refused to pay point blank. Caution needed.

I should have got cashback as it wasn't clear what was and wasn't included in the short brief. I felt they were unfair in denying the cashback claim.
