Doesn't seem to track my cashback but they always respond to missing claims and they've always paid out so far.
Given the prices, speed of delivery and quality of service, one of my favourite bike shops.

MERLINCYCLES is THE benchmark of online cycle stores, for all other to beat.
1. Its delivery is 'class leading' and generally really is the next day (unlike ChainReaction that can take up to 7 days).
2. Their prices always beat all others (don't bother looking at Wiggle or others)

Goods turned up without issue, but both times the order failed to track.
I lodged a missing cashback claim & Merlin refused my claim even though it was valid - not impressed!

Cheaper than anyone for the same products (with free VIP discount). free delivery & usually receive order the following day. Support team also prompt & knowledgable. Don't have such vast stock as say chainreaction though.
