Never tracks
I've made 4 purchases via topcashback and none have tracked. I've raised a request against all 4 but still waiting to hear back. The claim process is also bit confusing and requires recalculation without VAT

No cashback or tracked earnings
No payouts or untracked in 2025
Previously I had no issues with CB tracking or paying out. Nearly every purchase this year hasn't tracked so I have to raise a claim. Most are put "on ice", meaning they won't submit a claim to M&S for 3 months. Both TCB and M&S are using this to their advantage so you forget about it and don't chase. It’s also hard to keep track when you submit numerous claims.
Same thing is happening with Boots and lensstore. TCB knows this happening with these retailers but choose not to rectify and then blame me as the consumer and say it is my cookies/device. I’ve used different devices and cashback not shown in my earnings. It’s getting to the point that I can’t be bothered to raise a claim.

I ENJOY RECEIVING MY CASHBACK FROM M&S AS IT ARRIVES PROMPTLY AND IS EASY
It feels like a double bonus when i shop with M&S and receive cashback as well

M&S offers low cashback rate, and it takes more than 3 months to get cash back. Other retailers much quicker.

VERY POOR
Rarely does Top Cashback work for M & S site. Even with browsing history clear, it fails almost all of purchases. Very frustrating to constantly highlight failures of cashback credits.
