Truly Awful. Ordered in jan then took over 4 months for my first magazines to arrive. Never received free gift promised. Cash back didn’t track submitted missed cash back claim 8 months ago heard nothing. Had called to chase magazine and customer service was awful passing me between department after ages on hold.
