Ordered a subscription 2 months ago still waiting for the first one to turn up. Cash back did not track put in manual claim which has been outstanding for nearly as long. Emailed their customer service to find out when I may get the first mag 2 weeks ago and got not reply. May have to contact credit card company to recover my money. Avoid!!!!

Well it is not that impressive: 5 weeks after ordering our magazine subscription nothing has happened - no contact except if I ring to chase. The contact number is wrong as well and I got redirected. Not a retailer to return to really.

Brought subscription in July 2008 and as yet not received cash back. Also don't hold your breath on topcashback sorting it out as they don't seem interested. I'd avoid.
