Cashback has tracked but took out a subscription with Cycling World which has never arrived, despite numerous calls and emails - apparently the company has gone into liquidisation

Cashback becomes payable BUT, as I'm told when I try to collect, and from customer services, this payment method is ONLY payable through BACS so, if you haven't already, they force you to enter your bank details (if you wish to collect, that is!). Won't be using this again.

Bought as a gift and selected to start after christmas, started instantly ruining the surprise. Subscription company said not their problem, its the magazines fault, the magazine said not our problem, we won't told by the subscription company. Shocking service! The cashback however came through quickly!

Very poor, had to do a manual claim, still waiting for merchant after some 5 months. Do not use in my opinion, better to go for someone else who pays less, but is reliable.
