Poor experience in regards to cash back and customer service! Did not record my transaction and a protracted claim that was only sorted out by topcashback themselves! Thank you topcashback for your high level of customer service.

Cashback was super quick to track and only 2 months to pay out ...... we'll see. Even without the cashback, the quote was very competetive.

though they took my payment back in February, the monies are still not available for me mid-May which seems too long - I would need to see a speedier system from Magazine Group before I would use them again

I have used Magazine Group twice (2009 & 2010). The magazine subscription service has always worked well. As regards cashback only the 2009 subscription tracked and paid out. The 2010 subscription did not track and TopCashBack were unable to resolve it with Magazine Group. Reading other feedback it seems that generally if the cashback does not track, you will not get paid. Keep this risk in mind.

Very easy to order. First magazine arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering subscription. Quicker than if I had ordered from the publisher - and cheaper too!

I subscribed to Computer Shopper 06/11/2010, £1 for 3 issues. Site kept crashing, comfirmation email took 2 days and stated the 1st magazine would be December issue. it never arrived. 3 Emails for feedback for magazines I had yet to receive. Then January issue arrived late December, now April's issue has arrived, but not Feb or March. Cashback has paid at 15p as promised, but I am going to cancel the subscription. Shame Computer Shopper magazine is Great.

After chasing my subscription for almost 2 months, I was told it was going to be another 2 months before the first issue was sent, so I cancelled it. Cashback never tracked either. The Magazine Group, to be fair, always replied to my mails quite quickly. The problem was with the magazine I had ordered. I would have been better off buying the mag monthly from my local newsagent. Not recommended.

Cashback tracked quickly so was very pleased. However, I was less pleased to find that the order for a Mag Subscription did not transpire so had to reorder over the phone so be interested to see if this one pays out or not!

Further to my previous comment about my order and missing cashback, I've had to chase my order with these people. They said they would have to speak to the relevant magazine and get back to me, as I've still had not had the first magazine for my husband's subscription. So far, I've heard nothing from them, their customer service is pretty poor but they seem to like bombarding my e-mail with spam. I'm seriously considering cancelling the subscription if I can and go elsewhere. Avoid.

Cashback tracked quickly but didn't receive a confirmation e-mail from retailer and when phoned they said were having IT problems but couldn't resend the e-mail. No gift cards provided so have nothing to show my daughter what I have bought her for Xmas. Just hope the subscription turns up.

ALL 3 ORDERS (OVER 2 MONTHS) FAILED TO TRACK - and then no comeback when chased. Don't be fooled by the good rate - go somewhere more reliable to get your cashback!
