Extremely disappointed with 'Magazine Subscriptions'.
A genuine claim from a genuine Top Cash Back referral. Cash back not paid out/declined despite assistance/best efforts from Top Cash Back.
I am currently being bombarded with letters from 'Magazine Subscriptions' inviting me to renew the disputed subscription. In light of their decision to decline my claim, it is my decision NOT to renew with them.
Credit where credit is due, TopCashBack have been great! More than happy with the service they provide in trying to resolve such issues.
'Magazine Subscriptions' - Maybe one to watch, plenty of choice/competition out there for this type of product.

I have used TCB for many years and i advise possible purchasers to consider comments of others. MY expereience in 99% purchases with other retailers has proceeded without cause to be as TCB politely now put it "disappopointed"
This outfit
they allege actions you might have taken and then some ref to secrecy without proof to refusea legitimate purchase made through ONE to avoid i feel. BE AWARE

Very difficult to get cashback from this merchant. Despite the assistance of topcashback, payment was refused from an untracked transaction in July 2012.

Didn't track and Top Cashback were unable to proceed with cashback. After several emails to the retailer, cashback was paid. Quite a lot of hassle to get it.

Magazine subscription arranged successfully, but cashback didn't track and it took 4 and a half months to receive the payment after lodging a manual claim. Even then, they diddled me out of a few coppers!

Ordered in Feb. Cashback has not tracked and I have chased with top cashback. 1st magazine was May edition despite ordering in Feb. Sent e-mails to Magazine Group chasing magazine however they never responded. Also was a gift so they sent to receiver of gift rather than me with price!

Can I advice avoiding The Magazine Group like the plague!
I subscribed to MicroMart magazine on the 22nd January through 'The Magazine Group'. Mainly becuase they were offered cashback through TopCashBack.
I heard nothing else and no magazines came so I emailed the Magazine Group on the 10th February. They replied in a rather unhelpful manner saying they purely collect the orders and could not help!
I then emailled micromart@?servicehelp?line.co.uk who initially replied 'We regret to advise you that we have been unable to locate your subscription details with the information you have kindly provided. '
Further emails ensued and I finally got confirmation that they had found my details on the 13th February. The lady from MicroMart also apologised.
Finally no cashback either!
Go directly to the publisher is my advice.

Bad payers on this occasion. Had to close my claim losing nearly £6 on a £37 subscribtion. Have been using iSubscribe instead!

I sucessfully ordered one magazine subscription, and was then offered a £10 discount off another purchase, raised to £15.
I became suspicious when they wanted me to register my credit card. I then noticed, well down in the small print, that my £15 discount would have cost me £10 a month, billed to my credit card ad infinitum.
What a con.
